We went to the Toyota lot and William Roth sold us a new shiny red Prius liftback. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about Toyota makes in general and also knew alot about hybrids. He was willing to show us any of the cars and answered all of our questions. He was very patient and He also worked around my husband's work schedule and did whatever he could to make buying my new car the best experience possible. Buying a new car was actually easy and fun. We dreaded buying a new for over two years because of how far the nearest dealership is (3 hours) the difficult negotiation process that neither of u We dreaded buying a new for over two years because of how far the nearest dealership is (3 hours) the difficult negotiation process that neither of us are good at (we don't even like haggling on the beaches of Mexico). We did our research and were found a good deal in another town but we decided to stop by Phil Meador's because Jimmy sounded like a straight shooter over the phone. We were nervous because we have a 11 month old baby in tow and didn't have a lot of time to haggle. We got what we wanted for our trade-in, they reduced the price significantly and so we didn't have to continue on to the next townto purchase our car. Overall, it was the easiest buying experience I've ever had to deal with. In addition, Jimmy was such a personable guy that we actually had fun hanging out with him. We had researched cars on the internet and had an idea of what we were looking for when we just happened to drop in at Phil Meador Toyota on the spur of the moment. My wife had some concerns about safety with the smaller fuel efficient cars we were considering, especially since our daughter would probably be using the car to go to college next fall. But Bracken Howerton was very helpful by listening to her concerns, understanding them, and answering her questions, including showing her all of the safety features of the car we were considering. Bracken was very helpful and listened to our needs and found us a great car that was exactly what we were looking for. The dealership was awesome and worked with us with our trade-in so that we could get a payment we were happy with.
