Kenny Garvis was the sales representative we worked with this past year to buy not one but two Toyotas! Needless to say he is a great salesman! He is an excellent listener and is not afraid to ask others at Phil Meander for answers to questions. He was not "full of himself" and all-assuming, but honest, humble, and willing to go the extra mile to serve customers. This is smart and respectful! We have returned for service on our vehicles ( Phil Meander) and Kenny has been right there "paving the way" to see to it that we were given the utmost attention and service. He scheduled body repair on the Prius (the neighbors dogs started eating our bumper)and took care of the appointments, hassle-free for us. He greets other workers as they arrive for work or when going out to the maintenance wing of the dealership. Everyone should have the good fortune to work with someone who is as cheerful, couteous, and friendly team player as Kenny. He is one of those rare individuals who makes his days count by pleasing a pleasure to those around him. Boy, where do I start? Let's just say, if you're the kind of person who just loves to pay way more than you need on a new or used car, or get less than half of what you want out of your car on trade, Phil Me of person who just loves to pay way more than you need on a new or used car, or get less than half of what you want out of your car on trade, Phil Meador is the place for you! I always told myself I would never go there, but since they had a certain type of vehicle that I had been looking for I decided to give them a chance, regrettably. We started negotiations at five thousand dollars over high book and they offered me half of trade in value on my car. I'll be honest, my car's value should have been somewhere in the middle between trade in value and high book, but their car was no better. I made them a sensible offer/trade proposition and the salesman and manager didn't even consider it. Due to lack of options in this area for this kind of vehicle, I went to Ken Garff in Utah. Thank you, thank you Ken Garff for saving me almost ten thousand dollars, having a great sales staff, and being sensible. I got a vehicle that was a TRUE high book, yet they gave me under high book price. They also gave me a great trade on my car. Totally happy with Ken Garff. TOTALLY disappointed in Phil Meador. The dealership was very clean, they had fun toys for my 2 year old to play with, which made talking to Brady the salesman much easier.
