I had previously told Cody Richardson what type of vehicle I was looking for, and, coincidentally, what I was looking for had recently been traded in. Still reeling from my very recent bad experience in Boise, I was very nervous about this transaction as it started to develop. Brady Polson was straight with me and great to work with. I did not feel pressured and I felt that just the mere fact that I was looking for a vehicle on the lot was important to Brady. In sum, I did not feel like another paycheck. The transaction went through and I purchased a vehicle that I absolutely love! When I took it home, I noticed that there were some rock chips that I wanted to touch up myself. So I went to the dealership and was met by a sales manager (? name) and he really polished off this sale. I asked if I could get a bottle of touch up paint; he took the service to the next level. He immediately made an appointment with you detail shop and had the rock chips air-brushed. I never imagined that ever happening.
