I bought my truck at a great price and Nick made sure to have everything fixed that I could find wrong with my certified used vehicle. After driving it for several months I received a follow-up call from have everything fixed that I could find wrong with my certified used vehicle. After driving it for several months I received a follow-up call from Nick. He asked me how satisfied I was with the truck. I told him overall I was pretty satisfied with my truck, however as I drove the truck there were a couple of things I noticed were not quite right and I had wished I had noticed them in the beginning and had them fixed. Nick told me to bring it down to the dealership and show him what I was talking about. So I took it down and showed him, he agreed with the issues I pointed out, he had me show the same things to the manager and they said to leave it with them and they would fix it. Even though they were well beyond their deadline for responsibility they fixed up the truck anyway. The problem was that the doors didn't seem to be aligned with the body and to fix it they had take it to the body shop and leave it for a few weeks. Nick and company arranged to get us a nice loaner car to drive while the truck was worked on. I think Nick and the dealership definitely went above and beyond and we will definitely be shopping there again and recommending Nick and the dealership to all our friends!
