We have been looking for a particular used Subaru for almost a year and have visited many dealerships and spoken with several dozen sales people. I called this dealership on a Saturday and spoke with Jared Brooks, what a breath of fresh air he was. I have been buying cars for over 40 years in Idaho and have been working in the heavy duty truck service and repair industry for the same. So I am fairly knowledgeable in the sales process and research vehicles extensively. I will call xx and walk away when sales people do not meet my expectations. This experience was a pure pleasure, I have been "ping ponged" at other dealers between managers and floor sales, told sales people exactly how I wanted to be treated and had them do exactly the opposite. Jared is the only one in the last 10 years that has met my expectations and is adapting to the informed buyer. My wife and I were to the point of only dealing with private owners on Craigslist and Autotrader until this experience. Being 200 miles away we did this complete transaction over the phone and Jared not only was on time with everything but drove the car to me (400 + mile round trip) that same night and completed the paperwork at my home and then drove my trade back to Pocatello. That was a complete surprise that really sealed the deal I would highly recommend him as your "Car Guy" and look forward to doing more business with him in the future More

In the last 3 years I have sold over 10 cars for your store but this last time I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was in your shop. The reason being is that your salesmen talked my 60 year old mother i store but this last time I got a bad taste in my mouth when I was in your shop. The reason being is that your salesmen talked my 60 year old mother into a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty that is not covering her. This is because your service worker told the warranty company that it was her fault for not doing maintenance even though she has all her records of maintenance since she bought her vehicle from Toyota. I feel that Toyota was just trying to make easy money off of an old woman. Now the warranty company will not fix her vehicle. I will not recommend Toyota to anyone else in the future. I want my voice to be heard about my disappointment with your company and I will let anyone know how unfair my mother was treated when they ask about your services. I work for the state and have recommended your company to many people in the past but I will not continue to do so any longer. I hope an $1100 job was worth losing a very loyal customer and I will make sure to let everyone know how disappointed I am with how my mother was treated at Toyota. Good luck to you and your company and I hope you can find another loyal customer like me but from now on, I will be sending all other business elsewhere. I visited Phil Meador Toyota accidently. I was heading to another dealership when I decided to check out the used vehicles at Phil Meadors. I was looking at the used vehicles with my sister-in-law and di to another dealership when I decided to check out the used vehicles at Phil Meadors. I was looking at the used vehicles with my sister-in-law and did not get swarmed by sales people. Jared Brooks asked if we needed any assistance and was very helpful. I am disabled with a very limited income, therefore, I could not afford car payments. I went in there with the ability to pay only $9,000 and asked what was available in or under that price range. He found several vehicles on the computer and discussed mileage, year and condition of the vehicles with me. He showed me a few cars on the lot and even on a different Phil Meador lot. I test drove the vehicle around town and he suggested I take it up on the interstate to make sure it handled higher speeds. I was very happy with the Chevrolet HHR, but was equally happy with the sales associate, Jared Brooks. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choice. I would recommend Jared and the dealership to anyone interested in the purchase of a car. More

We liked that Jared was so informative and honest with us. He let the car sell itself instead of being another one of those pushy salesmen. I'm not sure if it was the service manager or another employee in the service department that I spoke with, but I called in a panic before service closed on Tuesday, told the service rep on the phone tha employee in the service department that I spoke with, but I called in a panic before service closed on Tuesday, told the service rep on the phone that I hit a semi truck tire on the hwy near their dealership, and that I was worried I was leaking fluid. I told him that I was on my way to Utah and asked if I could just drive through to have them look at my car (fluid) just to make sure it was safe to drive until I get to Utah. The rep on the phone was not interested in helping at all, and simply said "no, we're closing up." I have worked for Toyota for the past 7 years in both the service and sales departments; this would never happen in my dealership. If someone called, we helped, or at least tried to help. I am very disappointed in this dealership, and the lack of customer service. More

I was not expecting to lease or buy my dream car tonight but Ed made it all come together. This is our 3rd vehicle we have bought from Ed. He has to be great to get that kind of loyality. I am a picky customer when it comes to options, colors, etc., but Ed made it easy to find the perfect one each time. I recently moved to Texas, but I plan on heading back to Idaho when I am ready for my next car. I know Ed will be there ready to help pick out the next one too. More
