After calling Phil Meador about a 2005 4Runner on their lot, Anthony was diligent in getting back with us and doing whatever it took to get us to come down--and we are so glad he did. Jake (our salesman) was great to work with-- he was super down to earth and more than willing to answer all of our questions. For me, I really appreciate the no pressure atmosphere and genuine kindness. I had gone in expecting dealerships to have inflated prices, but was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable numbers. The price was more than competitive, and the financing department got us a great interest rate. We didn't arrive in Pocatello until late afternoon, and they had us out the door that night with the car. The staff was so friendly. They really made a stressful situation effortless for us.
