We visited this dealership to look at a 2017 Volvo XC60 T5. We got there and asked for Jason as the Internet Sales Manager had given us his name. Jason took us out for a test drive the car, and patiently T5. We got there and asked for Jason as the Internet Sales Manager had given us his name. Jason took us out for a test drive the car, and patiently answered our questions. He also didn't try to pressure us into the car when we told him we had another XC60 we wanted to look at. After driving the other car a Volvo XC60 T6, that's is the trim package she wanted. It was a little more feature rich, with slightly more comfortable interior, as well as AWD. However, that isn't to say we didn't appreciate Jason and his time that he spent with us or not enjoy the XC60 we drove at Phil Long Kia. We would visit this dealer again in the future when looking for another vehicle to purchase. More

Picked up car after hours, service dept was supposed to leave keys and communicate to after hours/sales staff. Went to pick up car and the folks knew nothing about it.
