Avoid this dealer at all costs! Their service department is a joke! I took my vehicle here after my horrible experience with Peak Kia. I talked with the service manager at Phil Long Their service department is a joke! I took my vehicle here after my horrible experience with Peak Kia. I talked with the service manager at Phil Long and told him not to waste my time with gaslighting me. He assured me they would do right by me and find the issue and even admitted that Peak Kia's responses were bogus. Thus, I dropped my vehicle off and worked with Steve. I told him that I had spoken with the manager about my issues, and even informed him I had videos of the problem. He didn't get the manager. He didn't get anyone to look at the videos I had recorded of the abnormal operation of my 2023 kia sportage hybrid (sx prestige). After only two hours of having my vehicle, they sent a gaslighting response just as Peak Kia did. Before I came to pick up my vehicle, I called in and spoke with Steve. When I told him that their "fix" wasn't going to work with my vehicle, he proceeded to yell at me and tell me "they were trying to help me.... complex vehicles..." as if he knew anything about the vehicle operation! Ha! After that I asked to speak to the service manager, they refused to transfer me to him. So I picked up my vehicle. Later in the day, I had to somewhat hide who I was in order to speak with the service manager. After detailing all that I went through, he said that he had wished he knew I brought the vehicle in so that he could make sure his tech guy doesn't do the usual "quick fix" work--implying they don't really do any real in depth diagnostic work--but look for the easy answer. So if you like getting yelled at by Steve (who should be fired as his customer service skills are like the typical sleezy bargain basement dealer), being told that you have to ensure talking to the service manager to get the tech guys to do actual work, and then be gaslit all at once, then enjoy your experience with Phil Long! As I stated with Peak Kia review, this problem wasn't fixed by their pathetic attempt to do nothing. In fact, because they didn't even look at my vehicle (which would have been found had they actually done anything) it potentially put my family's life at risk due to the main wiring harness being damaged. The dealer in Denver won't even drive my vehicle to test other issues until the part comes in! More
I took my 2022 Kia Telluride to this dealership for 24,000-mile service, the same dealership that I purchased this vehicle from brand new in February 2022. I was told at my last oil change that I have 24,000-mile service, the same dealership that I purchased this vehicle from brand new in February 2022. I was told at my last oil change that I have a maintenance and service plan. I have no record of either of these plans, so I asked the service technician what the differences between the plans were and also what specifically do both plans cover. None of the service technicians could directly answer my questions. The service technician, Steve, told me to call Finance as he did not see a service agreement in my profile. I ended up paying $81.00 for an air filter and cabin filter (I was also told no military discount as the filters were already discounted). I was told a manager would contact me, but no one has. I have also called and left voicemails for the Service Manager and Finance team. Very poor customer service and follow up. More

Sold me a volve 6 months ago, bought the warranty, now their is a problem making the car un-drivable. Paid to have the car towed, there, under warranty right..... Wrong, 2k later and at least a week with their is a problem making the car un-drivable. Paid to have the car towed, there, under warranty right..... Wrong, 2k later and at least a week without that car. Garbage, run if you are thinking about buying from any Phil Long Dealership. I know I should have not purchased a Volve from a crappy Kia dealership. More
