Purchased an SUV asked were there any damages or scratches she said no as I signed the contract my son shows me big dent on back I asked her why she didn't tell me 1st she stated she didn't know the scratches she said no as I signed the contract my son shows me big dent on back I asked her why she didn't tell me 1st she stated she didn't know then she stated that's why we took a 1,000 off the price I said I thought you didn't know n the 1,000 was for being a recurring customer then I come back to get it fixed when they tell me to to find out guys not there and when I ask her when will he be in her answer to me was I don't know she had a lot of I don't know she gets manager he starts telling me how grateful I should be for taking a 1,000 off the price of the SUV then when I finally come pick it up she shows me where there's still long scratch mark that they painted and before I could say anything her statement to me was my manager looked at it n he's happy with it ...like he purchased the vehicle yes my experience was not good at all in my job if I don't know the answer to a question I let them know that I don't know the answer but I will find someone to help you with the question and I follow up I was made to feel like I was a pain in the xxx but if it was them purchasing a vehicle for over 20,000 they'd expect great service I'm sure .
