Worst experience ever. Thankfully replace my battery and I picked it up and it literally broke down again with the same warning light once I got down the street then I had Thankfully replace my battery and I picked it up and it literally broke down again with the same warning light once I got down the street then I had to pay for it to be towed back to them only for them to have my vehicle for several days in order for them to fit it into look at it again it makes me wonder if they really truly figured out the issue or if they really replace the battery although I did pay for this the service to be done I feel like I can't trust them and I will be taking legal action. Not thorough diagnostic testing. I am getting a second opinion. I have been in communication with Hyundai. Unfortunately, Charlie was condescending and dismissive. I brought my vehicle in a few months back for an oil change, asked that my battery be checked as Blue Link was sending low voltage messages. I had to bring my vehicle back due to lights going on and off, radio going out, dash lights dimming and the battery was placed. I am experiencing the same issues. Hyundai informed me that a wiring issue has been reported in the make/model, and is a fairly simple fix. Charlie did not want to communicate with Hyundai. Additionally, it's offensive to be told about a fee when I stated 3 times my vehicle is under warranty, which should be noted since I have been to the service department prior. I have made an appointment in the Denver area and they have set aside 48-72 hours for diagnostic testing and repair if needed, this is true Customer Service. More
