Took three or four or more trips to get a rattle and clunking in rear hatch fixed. Two trips to replace twelve volt battery that was poorly designed. EV hostile with 1 of 2 fast charger removed and outrageous $0.99 per kilowatt. I consider my Ionic 5 to be a lemon. More
Very nice employees but my IONIQ 5 was not fixed. It broke down 4 days later from the same 12v starting issue. I’m very unsatisfied with Hyundai. I contacted corporate to get a ticket started and they notified your department and I was told it would be $215 to bring the car back in for a diagnostic fee even though the car is under warranty and it is presently breaking down on me. I let this experience be known on social media minus for dealerships name. Never head a problem with any of the mechanics, or consultants. They get the job done. However, Brandy is insufferable. Every time ive called, she is rude and pretentious to any question asked. My wife had to bring our car in once, when she came home, she complained about how an employee treated her. I asked if her name was brandy, and she confirmed that.
