My wife got in a car accident on 11/21/13 and we needed new transportation. Last year I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT from Jerry and worked with Justina for the financial paperwork. He did not pressure me and was only interested in getting me what I needed and a fair price. So when we needed a new vehicle I called Jerry and made an appointment to see what he had. I did some research on the Santa Fe and decided that that was what I wanted if I could get the price in the range of what I wanted to spend. Jerry again was Great!! He had a couple of program Santa Fe's and I picked a Copper colored 2013 Santa Fe. We agreed on a price and then went to see Justina to get the financing setup. Justina was Great as Well!! These 2 together provided a low pressure experience and met all my needs for this purchase. I will recommend Jerry and Phil Long Hyundai to all of my fellow employees at Aeroflex and will purchase any future vehicles from Jerry and the team at Phil Long Hyundai. Good Work Guys!! Although we negotiated a fairly good price, w 9/23/13 Brian sold us a 2013 Sante Fe, pre-owned by Hyundai, with 5000+ miles, on Friday September 20. Although we negotiated a fairly good price, we were only provided with 1 key, no floor mats, no cargo cover. We were told by Brian that since it was a dealership car, that's the way the car came, and we would have to pay for the missing items. He gave us the Service Dept. number and told us to talk to Scott G. who he said he had talked to that morning. When we called Scott, he did not remember talking to Brian about our issues but gave us prices for the items in question. We can understand the floor mats and cargo cover costs, but we question having to pay for a second key. The process of actually purchasing the vehicle took quite a while. We arrived at the dealership a little after 4:00 and didn't leave until almost 8:30 PM. Brian is a very nice young man, very polite and courteous and tried to be as helpful as possible. More
My daughter was in Colorado Springs and was involved in a collision. She had towing through Hyundai and the vehicle was towed to the nearest Hyundai dealership, which was Phil Long. This was on 8/12. Our insurance adjuster wrote up the estimate and the dealership had the check within a few days. The repairs were supposed to take 2 weeks. On the day we were scheduled to pick up the car, we were told they found additional damage and it was going to take another week. Today (9/13) we were again told that the car is still not ready. Now it is supposed to be ready sometime early NEXT week. We do not have insurance for rental, and now have a bill for car rental for over a month and still no car. We have finally resorted to calling the main office of Hyundai and they are supposedly going to help us out in contacting the dealership. Both the dealership and our insurance adjuster estimated that the repairs should take no more than 2 weeks. I have no idea about the quality of their work since we don't have the car back yet. All I know is that we have been getting the run around. Our adjuster told us that normally they would have had the car towed to one of their "preferred" repair centers, but that since this dealership had both a service department and body shop, they agreed to the dealership doing the repairs. The dealership assured us that they had all of the parts in stock before they started the job. So why have they had the car for FIVE WEEKS and the repairs are still not complete. More
I just wanted to let you know what a great experince I had from the time I walked into service to the time I left with a new car! I was there to have a vehicle repaired, which I was in a bit of a bind wi had from the time I walked into service to the time I left with a new car! I was there to have a vehicle repaired, which I was in a bit of a bind with. JJ took me upstairs to sales, where I was paired up with Jerry. Jerry was amazing! He was williing to help whether with a new car or just getting me out of this bind with my old car. I appreciate the time and effort he put into getting us approved. It definitely wasnt easy. I was speechless and overwhelmed with joy. This has been such a wonderful experieince. I am in the business of customer service, and by far this is the best customer service I have ever received.
