Extended Warranty Not Verbally Disclosed We bought a 2013 Elantra Limited from this Dealer and will never ever purchase another vehicle from them ever.First of all DO NOT BUY A EXTENDED WARRA We bought a 2013 Elantra Limited from this Dealer and will never ever purchase another vehicle from them ever.First of all DO NOT BUY A EXTENDED WARRANTY THROUGH THEM It is supposedly non cancellable and can only be transferred if you buy another vehicle through them.UNHEARD OF.The next thing ,don't let them bribe you into a perfect score on the survey after the sale with options like mud guards and such.The third thing the car idles rough and because nothing shows up on the diagnostics nothing can be done ,but they do admit it idles rough.I need to cancel all the warranties and have them credited to my loan so I can get the payoff down and trade this car.PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE HAVE THE FINANCE PERSON VERBALLY DISCLOSE EVERYTHING ABOUT THERE EXTENDED WARRANTIES More

Superb Buying Experience I recently purchased a fully loaded 2015 Genesis. My first impression of the dealership was underwhelming having just completed shopping tours throug I recently purchased a fully loaded 2015 Genesis. My first impression of the dealership was underwhelming having just completed shopping tours through Cadillac, Infinity, Audi and other sedans in the Genesis class. I had to remind myself that the Hyundai brand is working into the luxury branding consumer base but at its heart it is a car that represents value to a much wider swath of consumer. After getting over the lack of leather in the waiting area, no refrigerators with free beverages and tile vs marble floors I started to realize that Phil Long Hyundai is about selling cars. I negotiated the purchase of the vehicle directly with the GM, Steve Krohn. Steve knew where his trade space existed, I knew where I wanted to be and over the course of 4 emails and a short discussion, we had a deal. Having worked with competitors, this was the experience I needed to make the purchase. Once the deal was agreed to, Steve handed me over to Chris P for the delivery. Chris did a great job of keeping me informed of the order status and delivered the car without any problems. Steve stayed engaged throughout and met me each subsequent trip into the dealership. So, here is what I have to say. Keep the overhead $$ in your pocket and forget about the fancy building, in-dealership freebies and focus and getting the right car at the right price. Great experience, thanks to the Phil Long Hyundai team. More
