I'M AMAZED WITH MY FIRST CAR!!!! I am proud to say, that at 21 I was able to go in and buy my very first car, and my salesperson David, was phenomenal! I bought a venetian red 2015 Hy I am proud to say, that at 21 I was able to go in and buy my very first car, and my salesperson David, was phenomenal! I bought a venetian red 2015 Hyundai Sonata, and the price was right! I didn't get screwed over for my first car. David showed me as many cars as I wanted to see, and he gave me uupfront prices and even walked me to the lot next door to see their cars as well. He spent all day with me and helped me to get the car I wanted. I am extremely happy that I got exactly what I wanted and most of all, I CAN AFFORD IT! More

Above and beyond I recently purchased my 5th...and 6th Hyundai. For me it was an easy decision, not so much for my husband. He fell in love with a Dodge SUV. We ended I recently purchased my 5th...and 6th Hyundai. For me it was an easy decision, not so much for my husband. He fell in love with a Dodge SUV. We ended up purchasing the dodge at a popular dealership in our hometown. Before we were able to make our first payment the transmission went out followed by engine problems. We bought a lemon. The dealership refused to help us and my husband and I didn't know what to do. The only cars I'll drive are Hyundais (the four I've had have treated me very well). So when we started the search once again for a used car...it was going to be a Hyundai. We were visiting various dealerships in search of a cheap used Hyundai since our money was tied up in the lemon. We came across Phil Long but honestly didn't expect to ferry much out of the visit. We were so wrong! Dan Holman was who we worked with and who went above and beyond to help us out. Dan worked it out so we could trade in our lemon for a brand new Hyundai elentra with the same payment terms as before. Phil Long even went a step further to pay off my 2008 Hyundai (which I was able to keep and give to my mother) and I got another brand new elantra. So, Phil Long helped us pay off a lemon and walk away with two brand new cars and let me gift my older Hyundai to my mother who really needed a reliable car. I think it was a win-win for everyone. Unprofessional - from the top to the bottom We bought a Sonata Limited Hybrid - through the process of negotiating a price that was quoted through True Car - the sales manage chose to be rude an We bought a Sonata Limited Hybrid - through the process of negotiating a price that was quoted through True Car - the sales manage chose to be rude and yell at me as "Hey Lady, I'm not giving you another dime!" This was because he tried to reneg on oil changes (!!). The mgr. decided to give us a free detail due to his sales manager's issues (which he attributed to personal.) Okay - I get everyone has a bad day, but he never apologized. I was the one who went to him and held my hand out. I don't know if the GM's story was true. Fast forward We just bought a Santa Fe certified pre-owned. We paid asking price. We dealt directly with Mark and the GM Steve Krohn. It did not come with floor mats and I stated I thought they were in the back as Larry H. Miller provides car mats for Certified Pre-Owned cars. The sales guy, Mark F. agreed to get me floor mats, but I didn't hear anything for over two weeks, so I called back. He stated he was waiting for a used car to come in and he backpedaled on whether he would get these or not. I don't know what it is about this dealership, but Mark F. was just as rude and unprofessional as Scott - Sales Mgr. was on previous occasion. My husband talked to him and he was on speaker phone. The other people in the room were incredulous that a sales "professional" would speak that way to a customer (and mocked me to my husband). Note: not a good business or ethical practice. This dealership has treated me more obnoxiously and unprofessionally than I have ever been treated in my life. Bits from my phone call with Steve Krohn, General Manager: Steve K: Oh now you want to bring up what happened a year ago? You know what? I don't care about what Larry Miller does, you bought the car without floor mats! And now you want to say that the problem is from the top down? (My comment was that he didn't hold rude staff accountable. His excuse - everyone has a bad day, you don't have a bad day?) Now, you're insulting me. You know what? No! I DON'T want to resolve this - I don't need your business. In fact, I don't need your money and I don't need you to come to my dealership. I don't need you to ever come here again - I don't need your business!" I have had a few weeks to think about this and after talking to a few friends in the car business - I agree that someone in a general manager position should never be this rude or unprofessional. I personally believe that I was treated with an additional level of disrespect because I am a woman. While my husband was also treated rudely, it was more personalized with me - laughing at me, Hey lady, etc. I would never recommend this dealership unless there was a change of leadership and staff were held accountable for their behavior. As for the floor mats - I guess I will buy my own. Will I buy a Hyundai again. I don't think so. These two awful experiences have soured me on Hyundai. More
