Mixed feelings to say the least. The bad: salesman and finance person were both very pushy about giving them perfect ratings stressing how much it affects their pay. Not professional. The car was delivered very clean, yet it smelled so strongly of chemicals that it gave me a headache within minutes. We also agreed on a monthly payment during our negotiations, yet it was not held up at all when I finally made it to finance. The good: the manager at Phil Long hyundai is outstanding. I was always taken care of thru my many many problems I encountered buying this car. He was extremely understanding and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Can't say enough good things about him. The service department is another great thing about Phil Long hyundai. They are very courteous and knowledgeable. Any problems I found with my car within the first few days of owning it, they took care of without arguing one bit. Extremely speedy service as well. I will never buy another vehicle from any Phil Long establishment ever again because of how I was treated at the different places I went to on my car buying experience, but if there is any glimmer of a good thing, it's these two shining stars (the manager and the service department) More

He lowered the price enough for us to stay and not got to Denver, we were tired. Worst experience we have ever had. Then the new car had only one key and had to return a week later and wait in service for an hour for programing the key. More

Friendly people, willing to work with you on pricing! Being a former New York resident, I've seen firsthand the horrible treatment customers can get from dealerships. Not so with Phil Long. Spencer Toner Being a former New York resident, I've seen firsthand the horrible treatment customers can get from dealerships. Not so with Phil Long. Spencer Toner was the sales consultant I dealt with, and he has been nothing short of professional and courteous, allowing me to take extended test drives on my own to try out the cars I was interested in, and more than willing to work with me on the pricing. Steve Krohn, the GM was also pleasant and easygoing, and after a few back and forth between the two of them, I was able to secure a purchase of a 2016 model for a great deal. I definitely recommend seeking out Spencer if you are interested in a Hyundai vehicle. Make sure you do your research and know the pricing range of the cars you're interested in, (check Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book), and the value of any trade-in you'll be making. Be polite, friendly, but firm, and you will find the awesome folks at Phil Long will be more than willing to work with you. Good luck! More

good experience I really liked not dealing with the dealership experience and appreciated Dan's willingness to work outside of the box to sell me a car. The car had some sap on it that we had to clean off, but was otherwise clean and i love it. More
