Phil Long Hyundai charges a mark-up on vehicles instead of just selling for MSRP. There are Hyundai dealers out there that don't do this...spend some time to find one. If you need a starting point, the of just selling for MSRP. There are Hyundai dealers out there that don't do this...spend some time to find one. If you need a starting point, the dealer in Farmington, NM has a policy to not charge more than sticker. They also don't add any loophole services (tinting, clear bra, etc.) to artificially jack up the price. Work with dealers that don't try to take advantage of the chip shortage. They have principles and stick to them, which should be rewarded. More

I recently went in to purchase a vehicle and the sales manager told me I would need to lease it first but after making a lease payment I could buy the vehicle easily. We had an agreed upon price but when executing the deal (a 3 week process filled with miscommunications) I noticed the vehicle price was higher and he had intentionally lowered my tax rate to make up for the difference. This is illegal and will result in a close to $1000 tax liability for me. However, the dealership is refusing to correct the error. Everyone in the dealership is well-spoken and friendly so the underhanded behavior is a surprise. More

Awful service department. I literally had to walk in to make an appointment after 10 plus phone calls and at least 5 voicemails that were never returned for a warranty repair. The part was ordered in Augus make an appointment after 10 plus phone calls and at least 5 voicemails that were never returned for a warranty repair. The part was ordered in August. My appointment wasn't until October and I dropped the vehicle off an hour before my appt time of 145. This repair was estimates to take 1 hour. Service rep texted at 4 saying that they were behind and wanted to keep the vehicle till the next day. I told her I would just pick the vehicle up instead. She obviously didn't communicate that to the technician. Get there and they have my car torn apart and it will be 30 minutes. Over an hour later the car still wasn't done. No apology. No service recovery. Poor communication. I had a great buying experience but their service department is the reason will never return to purchase or for service. More
Sad to see that the dealership is playing into the “shortages” by charging a $5000 surcharge over MSRP. I guess they think that cars are worth bidding up like houses. This behavior will only persist “shortages” by charging a $5000 surcharge over MSRP. I guess they think that cars are worth bidding up like houses. This behavior will only persist if consumers let it. More
Just received a text, not a call or letter, informing me I owe additional money because the finance paperwork was incorrectly filled out..... 3 months ago. So unprofessional and rude and informed me I shoul I owe additional money because the finance paperwork was incorrectly filled out..... 3 months ago. So unprofessional and rude and informed me I shouldnt be upset and this happens occasionally. The blame then turned to the credit union, who have been nothing but great, and it is NOT their fault. They finance what the dealer enters in the system, so good try Cameron, blame placing is a terrible flaw. I filed a case with state of CO for unfair business practices and complaining to the local dealership. Try harder, this isnt a way to get a customer to come back. Try approaching me via other methods to tell me I owe 4800 more dollars. No thanks. SHOP ELSEWHERE. More
This is the worst service department ever. In fact the service word should be removed from the name completely. I took my Veloster in for an oil change and to have some extended warranty work done in Apri service word should be removed from the name completely. I took my Veloster in for an oil change and to have some extended warranty work done in April. they never changed the oil and keep telling me that some adjuster needs to look at the warranty work. After paying $2500.00 for the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle, It seems they do not want to honor the warranty. When I talk to someone in the service department to try to resolve this issue, they tell me that the person who originally handled this claim is the one I have to talk to. She is never there when I call and will not return my calls or text. The gals name is like a river and rhymes with hook. You can figure it out. I will not be buying a new car from them ever. My warranty will expire in April of 2022. Hopefully it will be fixed by then but I doubt it! More
I have been in sales my entire life. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior as I have with Phil Long. We recently purchased a vehicle here and bought from a young lady, Monica Siga experienced such unprofessional behavior as I have with Phil Long. We recently purchased a vehicle here and bought from a young lady, Monica Sigala. She was absolutely delightful and had all sorts of awards behind her desk proudly on display for all to see. Having now dealt with her boss, Andrea, the store manager, as well as several of the finance managers, I am disgusted to find out how this place really does business. There is zero follow through, over promising and WAAAAY under delivering, horrible communication and absolutely no integrity within a mile of this place. I could not be more disappointed in my purchase, I will never do business with Hyundai again (this was our 3rd) and the thought of going here for any maintenance makes my stomach turn. Do yourself the favor of shopping around and avoiding this establishment. More
