We apologize for the experience you had at our dealership. The reason the process took longer than usual is because we worked with different lenders on your behalf to lower the payments, financing rate and down payment to fit into the budget parameter. We never want to see a customer go over their personal budget. In addition to working with Kevin, the sales manager and finance manager came to work with you. While you left the dealership, the car did sell to another client since we weren't able to finalize terms with you. This is always a tough and frustrating circumstance when it happens and I believe that Kevin, your sales representative, was frustrated as well in that process.
