This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Phil Long. We came in late on a Wednesday and the sales person (Charles) treated us with dignity and respect. I test drove the vehicle up a mountain pass to ensure it would be safe enough to drive on my regular work route. The finance department was kind and saw the errors in the contract as I pointed them out (I deal with contracts, daily) - no arguing. No problems. It was late (around 10) when we left and the staff didn't appear to hurry us along (though I'm sure they thought it). Bright and personable staff. We will be back! More

This service dept is horrible. They lie and and say your car is fixed when it's not. Extremely rude and unhelpful parts man that answers the phone. He actually giggles and laughs at customers that are asking questions related to transportation that is critical to the customer.
