BUYER BEWARE! We were told it would be 300 extra to get the cameras adjusted. I have spoken to 4 people, 3 of who flat out lied to me (I have proof). As of 9/13/2023 we still have not gotten the windshield replaced. Supposedly, Mr. Mattingley is aware of our situation and still nothing has been done. More

I worked with Thomas to buy my truck. I found him to be very attentive throughout the experience. This was a pleasant experience with no high pressure sales tactics. The truck was very clean and in great condition. The management I interacted with were all pleasant. A week later and I still feel I got a fair deal and love the truck! More

For their Genesis vehicles, they won't deal with you unless you agree to pay $10,000 above msrp. In fact, they will just ignore you! I have texts to back this up. And when trying to give you a value for your trade, they we're actually asking me how much I wanted. Let's face it, it doesn't matter how much I want for my vehicle, they are going to offer what they will. They didn't even do that for me. They want to get you coming and going! I asked my salesman what their offer was on my trade, and he said he'd get back to me. That was on Thursday. Here it is Monday night, and they never did. I buy two vehicles a year on average, and I find these guys to be one of the worst I've dealt with in the last year or two. If you're looking for a Hyundai or Genesis, I highly recommend you drive North to Denver for your purchase. I was in contact with two of the three dealers for a new Genesis, and neither one was going to charge over msrp. Take your business elsewhere More
