We bought our Outback from this dealership earlier this year. Took it in for the 1st oil change. At check-in bumper-to-bumper photos were taken of the vehicle. When we picked the car up three significant c year. Took it in for the 1st oil change. At check-in bumper-to-bumper photos were taken of the vehicle. When we picked the car up three significant cracks were visible on the windshield measuring approximately 5" each. Dealership claimed we must have had a chip that caused the cracks to appear during service. WHAT??? The dealership manager had the audacity to state "It's Colorado, everyone gets broken windshields". Odd that our 5 year old Mercedes SUV has never had a chip or crack. I should have checked reviews before having the vehicle serviced here. My bad never to be repeated. More
Had an appointment at 9:30 to replace tires. Said I’d be waiting in the lobby getting some work done. They didn’t even start until 12:30 the paperwork literally had written across the top to do at 12:30 and didn’t leave until 1:30. What’s the point of making an appointment then????? So ridiculous. Can’t keep staff at the service desks either, no one ever answers the phone you have to go in to get scheduled. And always seem to find some major fix that’s needed on one inspection then it passes with flying colors on the same item the following inspection without having fixed the supposed “problem”. Inventing issues perhaps to drum up business? Makes you wonder… Worst customer service ever. More
