I was singing the praises of my salesman, but he still owes me an oil chang On Saturday, 7/6, I purchased a new 2018 Ford F-150 with 3600 miles on it. I was singing the praises of my salesman, but he still owes me an oil change that was promised before I purchased the truck. I’m not completely satisfied with my auto buying experience at Phil Long Ford because they pulled the wool over my eyes in the financing process. I was offered free oil changes and then the cost was rolled the loan, and I was sold an extended warranty with a company with very bad ratings. I cancelled both on the next business day (Monday), but it was too late to deduct it from the loan. They can say/do anything in those little finance rooms. Be wary. I was supposed to get the free oil change on Monday also, but now my salesman said it’ll be next week. More

Amazing as usual Hat off to mr. Eric Haynes which was our sales guy at Phil long , he went above and beyond to make sure our car purchase went as smooth as possible . Hat off to mr. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted , lower cost and interest then what we thought . He didn't make us feel rushed at all and dedicated his entire afternoon to us to make sure we are happy with every single aspect of our purchase. He was very pleasant to work with and involved our children as well ( my 8 year old had smashed her finger in the door while at the dealership and Eric was amazing taking care of her , getting ice and cheering her up ) .When we picked up our car it was nice and clean , he took the time to show us every single function on the vehicle and even hand polished a few spots that were missed on the vehicle. The finance department also did a wonderful job to get us the best deal possible. We couldn't be more happy with our decision to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I would highly recommend Eric Haynes and Phil long motor city to anyone that is looking for a vehicle . More
