Gabriel and the whole team there at Phil Long Ford Motor City made my Bronco Sport purchase a seamless one. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. Garbage service department, rude, did not take the time to listen to what the problem is. Took $179 for diagnosing an issue only to ask for more money to diagnose the issue!! to listen to what the problem is. Took $179 for diagnosing an issue only to ask for more money to diagnose the issue!! More

Ken Tell has been great. I haven’t picked up the van yet, but so far the process has been easy and low key. Feel like I made a friend along the was as well. but so far the process has been easy and low key. Feel like I made a friend along the was as well. More
Quick and easy process. Went in late Friday night for a test drive of a few different trucks and decided to wait until the next morning to decide. Our sales rep was very courteous and didn’t rush us to mak test drive of a few different trucks and decided to wait until the next morning to decide. Our sales rep was very courteous and didn’t rush us to make a decision. It made for a better experience as we are used to pushy sales reps. We could not have asked for a better overall experience from this dealership. Finance was a breeze with no pushy sales tactical on anything we feel we didn’t need. We were in and out in less than 2 hours from the time we got there, test drove the truck we liked, and signed the paperwork. More
Screwed me yet again today! Needed to replace two tires on my 2019 Ford escape. Called the dealership and was quoted about $400 to replace the two tires and have an alignment. Was told to come today becaus on my 2019 Ford escape. Called the dealership and was quoted about $400 to replace the two tires and have an alignment. Was told to come today because the quick Lane was not busy. When I got there I found out they would actually be over $700 and they would need to order the tires from Denver. No service Director around, no service manager around, and no general manager around. Every time I turn around this dealerships Service department screws me in someway. Will not be back and will not recommend them to my worst enemy. I did not deal with the Internet department but has a mandatory field to fill out More

I purchased my “new to me” used car, a Lincoln MKZ, from the website of Phil Long Motor City. During the pandemic 😷 I did most of the work online, text and on the phone. The people at this dealership were the website of Phil Long Motor City. During the pandemic 😷 I did most of the work online, text and on the phone. The people at this dealership were all wonderful! I started off with one salesperson but because I dragged my feet a bit, I ended up with Aaron Berger. This man was extremely helpful, got the monthly price I needed to be at and continues to this day helping me. As I said, this pandemic has changed everything that was normal in purchasing a car. With the delay at the DMV, he helped with the emissions testing and kept me current with the temporary plates. Mr. Berger has gone above and beyond and truly needs to be recognized with high distinction within this 5 star review. If you are thinking about a new or used car, please check out this dealership. Everyone I came in contact at this dealership was friendly and willing to help me with whatever I needed. I came down from Douglas County to purchase my car from this dealership. My family has previously gone to Phil Long in Colorado Springs and each time with have been extremely satisfied with the vehicle purchased and the people working there. Thank you Phil Long of Motor City for once again showing me you are the number one dealership in Colorado!! With great Respect.... Karen McKinnon Brown More
I am a long time loyal Ford owner and have recently moved to Colorado after being overseas, and decided to stop by Phil Long to look into the new 2021 Ford F-150 we maybe possibly interested in ordering. I to Colorado after being overseas, and decided to stop by Phil Long to look into the new 2021 Ford F-150 we maybe possibly interested in ordering. I have already purchased a 2020 Ford Shelby GT500, and have owned many Ford’s throughout the years. While I was in the store, I figured I would stop by the Parts Department as I needed some information on a certain part for the Shelby. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of speaking to a representative who seemed to have no idea what I was even speaking of and did not show any interest in helping me solve my problem. After about 15 minutes of trying to explain it, we got a shoulder shrug and sent on our way. This was a waste of time and effort trying to obtain this information. I left there disappointed, not only with the representative not getting us information we need, but his unwillingness to help us solve my issue giving us the impression that this dealership doesn’t care about how customers feel after they have already spent money on this brand. After leaving the parts department, we ended up being helped by a young sales associate by the name of Victor, who was extremely helpful when it came to learning about the new 2021 F-150’s we were interested in. We returned the next business day to look at a couple other models Victor had suggested to us. While there we decided to once again try and get help obtaining information we needed about our Shelby, the same information we left without getting the first time we were at this store. We asked for Victor, but he was with other customers, so we decided to ask another representative that was near the front entrance doors. We explained what we were looking for and he understood, we asked if he could accompany us to the parts department to help us explain what it was we were looking for. Being he knew what we were asking for and seemed to know the verbiage needed in order to obtain that information. He flat out told us he would not go to that department with us. This gave us the impression that he could not be bothered with assisting us. I found this to be extremely lazy and disrespectful. He didn’t even tell us how to get to the parts department, before he walked away from us. This was only our second time in the store and had entered from the opposite end of the building. My husband and I wondered around the building ending up in the opposite area we should have been. After about 10 minutes of being lost someone finally asked what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. We spoke to a different representative in the Parts Department and he seemed more motivated to help us. After, ultimately getting nowhere in our search for this information, we decided to move on and speak to Victor, more about our next purchase. He also closed the loop on the part problem. We did not get what we were looking for initially but he offered assistance and explanation that was very helpful. Once again, we have just purchased a new Shelby GT500, thankfully not from your store, and thought that by being repeat Ford customers we could’ve expected more from people who literally call themselves customer service representatives. It has discouraged us so much in fact that we feel our next purchase will have no association with Phil Long. Seems your company prides itself with supporting the military, which I’m sure being in this location you get plenty of business from, and as two Veterans being part of that community and having this be our first encounter at a Ford dealership here in COS is despicable. Our trip to your store may have ruined our time there and been a waste, but our loyalty to Ford still stands. In this day and age people can buy Ford’s almost anywhere and have them shipped for next to nothing, so my suggestion is to step your customer service game up and figure out that the same people you’re treating as disposable are the same ones that could help keep you in business. Last thing I noticed while in your store, while waiting for someone to help us, we were looking at your showroom cars and noticed one of your featured Mustangs has what seems to be dried bird feces on it, and the Camaro you have next the Shelby GT500 has dried dead bugs on the bumper as if someone was too lazy to wipe it off after driving it. These are in your showroom as we speak. That alone shows me what kind of people are here representing this dealership, and I think it speaks for itself that if your showroom cars aren’t taken care of then why should I expect that I will be either. Absolutely disappointed with this experience and I dread the fact that I may have to deal with Phil Long while here due to the fact that I have already purchased one of the most expensive cars manufactured by Ford and it will need maintenance service during our time here. Recently purchased the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Limited Edition, from preorder to financing to driving off the lot, it was an amazingly easy experience. Thank you to Stephan (sales) and Dan (finance) for Edition, from preorder to financing to driving off the lot, it was an amazingly easy experience. Thank you to Stephan (sales) and Dan (finance) for helping us with this purchase. Stephan spent a lot of time reviewing the electronic portion and connecting our phones. He even called us a few days later to see if we had any questions or concerns, and then (again for the 4th time) walked me thru the process of using my phone to access the navigation system. (very patient). Thank you Phil Long Ford, you have an amazing team. More
