Irritated customer On Sept. 4 2014, I took my car in for repair as it had been involved in the flooding rains we had in Colorado Springs. As of today September 25, 2014 On Sept. 4 2014, I took my car in for repair as it had been involved in the flooding rains we had in Colorado Springs. As of today September 25, 2014 they still have my car. Originally they had told me that they would get me a rental/loaner car for the time my car was in for service. At the end of 14 days, enterprise rental cars called me telling me I owed a balance of $450 on the rental car. I ended up paying for the rental/loaner car out of my own pocket. They did not help at all like they had said in the beginning, Even after they said they would. I still have no car today and no idea when it will be ready. I am out $500 for insurance deductible and another $450 for rental car. Irritating ...no wonder I hate Ford dealerships More
