They then helped us get a good deal at a price that we could afford, and when we took delivery, Erik took the time to go over the features of SYNC before we left. She was very knowledgeable on the cars (we are deciding between the Ford Focus and the Fiesta) and was sensitive to our need for a safe, affordable and practical car for a college student. She was also very patient in explaining the financial aspects to my daughter. I felt that Ann was more concerned with what my daughter needed and could afford rather than "making the sale". She provided me with many options that would work for my needs, but I was ultimately able to get a considerable amount of car for the money when she sold me a Ford Focus SE. I am very pleased with the car so far, and can't say enough about Ann's patience with me as I waffled back and forth on if I was even going to buy a car! I had a paid off 2001 Prius, but the lure of a much more comfortable, well-equipped NEW economy car got me, as I realized it was the best deal I could get at any time and anywhere. More
