Her dedication to her customers puts her well above any past service we have ever received. Caring Team that deserves a lot of credit! Very impressed the moment I walked through the doors of Phil Long Ford. Ann greeted us with exceptional hospitality. I started out looking at the Expl Very impressed the moment I walked through the doors of Phil Long Ford. Ann greeted us with exceptional hospitality. I started out looking at the Explorers than to the F-150, but ended up with the new 2015 Mustang GT! The team was really flexible with my budget and my needs. As thrilled as I was about owning a sports car, I still needed another vehicle to navigate the harsh winters here in the Springs. I bought a very reasonably priced 1998 Ford Explorer with 4-wheel drive. I’d like to give a special Thank You to Mark Barton for helping make that happen. Honorable Mentions: “Uncle Ted” for helping us out with the finance aspect of the purchase. Additionally, Matt for helping address other concerns I had regarding the purchase of the Mustang. Recommendations: Do not place car dealership logo’s on new sports cars. The Logo was placed on prior to me purchasing the vehicle and was removed by a Phil Long employee at my request. In the process, however, the clear coat was faded and paint was scratched. In my opinion, dealership logo’s are tacky especially on sports cars. Nonetheless, this issue was brought up to Phil Long Ford management and is being addressed with no issues or concerns. -Coleman More

Neal Wells was my Sales Representative. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Neal knew of a perfect fit for me based on my circumstances and needs. He was patient and thorough when explaining features and details about my vehicle purchase and helped me navigate through the process. He went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of! I was disappointed that the vehicle didn't have a user manual because I'm the type of person that needs to know everything about the intricacies of what I own :) but Neal will be locating one and sending it to me. Thanks again, Neal!!! More
great they worked really hard to get us the payment we wanted and they were very flexable when it came to finishing paper work when it was changed. Over all I was very happy with the work they did for us and the sales man Eric J was really a great guy to work with he had a great sense of humor which make the long process of buying a car much easier. Overcoming Doubt with an Exception Experience I am not naturally a suspicious person but once you get burned by a different dealership then all dealerships are dealt with distrust. My experience I am not naturally a suspicious person but once you get burned by a different dealership then all dealerships are dealt with distrust. My experience with Phil Long’s staff, specifically Kyle Whitten, broke through that distrust with exceptional customer service. Our vehicle was totaled in a car accident so I started checking on-line with different dealers throughout Denver and Colorado Spring’s Websites looking for a good deal. I left my information with multiple sites knowing that once insurance finished with the vehicle we would need a car immediately. I did thorough research on-line first to be ready for any misleading. Kyle immediately responded (after several days I still had not heard from all the dealers that I had requested information) with very helpful information to my inquiries while not being pushy at all. Everything he told me was in line with information that I was finding on my own. After several beneficial emails we settle on a couple of different options and made an appointment with the dealership. Kyle works in tandem with Tom Griffin with store appointments due to the fact that he has been in multiple car accidents himself and has a difficult speech impairment from it. Kyle though was always right there taking great notes and using pen and paper with any questions or answers that he could provide. I believe Kyle’s speech difficulties gives him immense patience with customers and specifically my detailed questions. Never did I get an answer that did not fall right in line with my independent research even if the answer was not necessarily putting the car that I wanted in the best light. Honesty, always seemed like top priority and if Kyle didn’t have the answer then he would get it. From start to finish Phil Long treated my wife, son and I with the utmost dignity and respect and once they found out about our accident they put off business to see how everyone was and then bring it back up in later appointments to see if health was continuing to improve. Even Dan Chumley, finance, was able to get a better interest rate than my bank. The experience was awesome and has given me belief in the car buying system again. I would happily recommend Kyle Whitten, Tom Griffin and the entire staff at Phil Long. More

It seems like I have lived at the service department and I know I have become very frustrated by the warnin I know I have tried the very soul of Dawn. It seems like I have lived at the service department and I know I have become very frustrated by the warning lights on my 2014 Focus St. However, I must say that Dawn, regardless of my frustrations, remained a true professional, and one that Phil Long should be truly proud of. Phil Long should realize how fortunate they are to have Dawn as a long time employee. I recommendation is that Phil Long should do every thing in their power to keep her and, for starters, give her a raise. Thank you for letting me express my opinion. More

He keep me informed and at the end of the day this is my new dealership. Way to go... More
