Couldn't be happier I went in to the Ford service center this morning, with no appointment and asked Barry Tanner to take care of my oil change on my Explorer. He grabbe I went in to the Ford service center this morning, with no appointment and asked Barry Tanner to take care of my oil change on my Explorer. He grabbed his clipboard and went straight outside. We checked the lights and turn signals and then said he would get right on it. I left and it wasn't about an hour later he called saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and asked if they had time to do another oil change on my girlfriends car. It was about noon and he said for her to bring it up. She showed up about 1pm and he got it right in. They had to order the filter for it and Barry and the service tech Henry (I think that was his name) stayed 15 minutes late to finish it up for me. I appreciate the quick turnaround and great customer service. More

Absolutely AMAZING Car Buying Experience!! My husband and I were in search of a very specific car and we had a very short time to get it. We wanted a Subaru Forester 2010 or newer, very low m My husband and I were in search of a very specific car and we had a very short time to get it. We wanted a Subaru Forester 2010 or newer, very low miles, under 25,000, with a specific package. So naturally we went to the Subaru dealerships because that is what they specialize in. We went to Heuberger Subaru right next door and told them what we wanted and they didn't seem to care to look for it or even have it in stock. We went next door to Phil long and laid out exactly what we wanted, they also didn't have it in stock but that did not stop Kevin Sulham and Jason Cowan from finding it at another dealership and bringing it over to theirs. I am not going to lie, I am what you would call a difficult customer but by no means did that change anything or their attitudes. By the next morning I had a call from Kevin letting me know they had found us a car that fit what we were wanting. Amazing!! The process for all of it was simple, stress free and an all around enjoyable experience. There were a few things that we needed to bring the car back for after all the paper work was finalized. Most places once they have sold you something they want nothing to do with you and you seem more of a burden then anything. That is absolutely not the case with Phil Long! They had the same demeanor all the way around! Absolutely wonderful customer service! It was a consistent experience through from telling them what we wanted all the way through finance, with Dan Chumley. If we ever need another vehicle I will not hesitate to go back to Phil Long. Thank you to all those who were apart of us buying our car! More
