He searched for various options, other venues, etc when we were looking for a gently used Ford Edge. We ended up buying a new Ford Edge and he helped with all the test drives, negotiating, etc. It was because of Kevin that we bought a car at this dealership. This Internet Buying Is A Great Idea I've either purchased or leased sixteen new vehicles in the past and the back and forth negotiating was a real pain. And the average time spent negotiating on each vehicle was close to three or four hours. That is a lot of time spent, especially if you do it after work or on your day off when your time is at a premium. Why should it take so long to buy a car when you can go to a fast food restaurant and drive out with exactly what you want in about four minutes? I would seriously compare car buying with going to the dentist or preping for a colonoscopy. But, this Internet experience changed my whole opinion on car buying. I started out with emailing Crissy (Uptain-Egtvedt) and John (Barbour). My emails led me to believe that I could actually do most of the work here at home and save a whole lot of time. So, after doing my homework here, I went down to the dealership, more confident than in the past but still a little unsure of what would happen. The first person I spoke to was Tony (Hills) and he was a pleasure to work with. He found exactly the car I was looking for and helped me with the financing even though my credit was less than excellent. When Tony told me I was approved for the purchase I was nearly in tears. The next day I met John and he was outstanding too. John took me to my new car, sat with me inside, and explained all the features and benefits available after the sale. In the future I will definitely buy my next car this way. Thank you Crissy, Tony and John. You all made me feel welcome. You made me feel like a valued buyer and that is what customer service is all about. Oh, and I really enjoyed interacting with the big Newfoundland and filling his water bowl about every five minutes. More

I brought my 2015 Explorer from the internet team and I do believe that is the future of car buying, anyway I was teamed up with Mr John Barbour. I explained to John what I was looking for and he set-up Explorers to view, anyway to make a long story short the Explorer I choose was right out side covered in snow. After I drove it I new that was the one. Now the fun starts haggling over the price and the trade-in, love it. Finally, the price was agreed to and I believe all parties felt good, I know I did. I returned the next day to finalize the financing and that was excellent as well. Appreciate the experience. More

But I was worried about financing. Ted Sykes was able to finance me for considerably less than the amount we had first agree upon - with perks that I never anticipated. He is the reason that I am driving a new car because he made it happen. Eric Haynes taught me the specifics about the electronics, and familiarizing me with the car. It was truly a team effort to put me in a new car, and I can't begin to tell you how much it meant to me. More
