He is energetic and works very hard to meet my specifications for a vehicle and within my price range. He is fast and furious finding me vehicles and keep the communications line open by letting me know what he has found. It makes my job easier as I try to procure funds for a purchase. There were occasions where I decide on a purchase but there were issues or problems with the vehicle and on every occasion he gets the issues or problems corrected. We do have a customer vendor relationship and I treasure that relationship. I will always seek out Mr. Cowan's on my next vehicle purchase. My thanks for his support and service. More

Terrible customer service First off I live in pueblo, I looked online and it showed the car Advertised in Colorado springs. Called the dealership said I would be interested in First off I live in pueblo, I looked online and it showed the car Advertised in Colorado springs. Called the dealership said I would be interested in driving up after work to go see the car. So we did. And when we get there we come to find that the car was actually in Denver. No one told us that the car was in Denver when I called. So on a different day When we finally got to see the car and we decided we wanted to buy the car the whole process took over 4 hours! Most of the time was because of us waiting... On them. Again they knew ahead of time I would be coming up. We Still had to wait. As part of the agreement with the sale of the car we are getting an extra key made. We made agrangements mid week to schedule our appointments on Saturday. Even before we left pueblo I told the sale person when I left my home and what time I would be there. So now I am at the dealership and guess what, more waiting because no one called the person to make the key. Terrible customer service. Come here if you love to wait, that's all you'll do. More

Their team did everything imaginable to help us find what we needed. There was no pressure to buy. Everyone there made sure that we would be happy with what we purchased and they did not try to sell us something we didn’t want or need. They were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles' features and gave us a great deal on our new truck and trade-in. The best part of the experience was that they did not end the five star treatment once we signed on the dotted line. They made sure we were happy after we got home and still are available to us for any questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Phil Long Ford to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle.
