Tim Locke, my salesperson, was very knowledgable, courteous, and honest in answering any questions that I had. He and the other staff members at Phil Long Ford made me feel comfortable in and uncomfortable situation. :) More

I was looking for a cash buy for truck that met my needs as well as my preferences and I wasn't going to be fish hooked into anything. My salesman, Kevin Sulham, read me loud and clear. He took time to explain the vehicles I was interested in without overselling. I like that. I wasn't aware of all the new features and technology in the new generation of trucks. WOW, this isn't my old 2002 F250. Very impressed. What questions Kevin didn't know the exact answer to, though it was only one as I recall, he snapped to and found the right person to answer it. He didn't BS me. I like that! Professional, listened to me, and ultimately met my needs. I can't ask for more. I'm m satisfied. More
Multiple Terrible Experiences Phil Long Service Department is incompetent, slow, and overpriced. Managers and Service Advisors are unwilling to correct mistakes or compensate cust Phil Long Service Department is incompetent, slow, and overpriced. Managers and Service Advisors are unwilling to correct mistakes or compensate customers for service faults/deficiencies. WORST OF ALL THEY DON'T LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS. I strongly recommend using anyone other than Phil Long for simple and complex maintenance needs. I purchased a 2013 ford fiesta and had to have the timing belt replaced. After getting the belt replaced I noticed a grinding noise when I started the car. I took it to Phil Long and they looked at everything except the timing belt after I adamantly requested, multiple times, that they examine the timing belt. $1000 and 2 weeks later they had not fixed the car or looked at what I asked them to. I ended up selling the car at a significant loss to myself. During the course of that process I purchased a maintenance book in order to save money on a diagnostic. The book included free oil changes. I assumed they would be able to do a simple oil change with out messing anything up and did not want to waste money. I took my 2013 Dodge Ram (20,000 mi) in. I got it back an hour later and the truck would not start. The service advisor and manager implied and explicitly said that this was all coincidental, even though I had no previous issues with the truck whatsoever. They did not cover the full cost of the rental car. Nor did they have the expertise to correct the issue they had caused. I had to work with a different dealership in order to get the truck fixed, costing me time and money. Save yourself time, money and frustration and don't use Phil Long service department. More

Amazing. I went to the dealership with the intention of a title for title trade. after an hour of looking at vehicles I didn't want; we found one that I wanted I went to the dealership with the intention of a title for title trade. after an hour of looking at vehicles I didn't want; we found one that I wanted BADLY!!!! Drew made no guarantees dues to my situation that it would be a title for title trade (which I knew). However, I am unemployed so financing would be a tricky thing. Drew, Mark, Mike, and Dave busted their butts to get me in the exact car I wanted. Drew didn't try to get me in a car I didn't want and he never pressured me at all in any way. After more than 24 hours of calling in favors and pleading with banks to approve me; I drove off the lots with the PERFECT car at the PERFECT price. I will not buy a car at any other dealership in Colorado. The whole team that helped me has my greatest thanks and appreciation. More

He takes pride in what he does and that is very appreciated. He not only stayed with us past closing, but he came in on his day off just to stay with me while my car was detailed. When I took my car in for a recall, he came to my work and picked me up, then made sure that my car was properly fueled and ready to go. I would recommend him to everyone I know. More
