Truck leak "fix" still having issues The experience started with my service rep not getting my rental car when I requested. I had to take extra time out of my day to force the Service Dep The experience started with my service rep not getting my rental car when I requested. I had to take extra time out of my day to force the Service Department to make the rental car company provide a car. Little to no Customer Services. My truck had a leak, water come inside on both sides. "fixed" per Service team... it was even "tested". Spent over $350. Still not fixed... Ford or the service department have yet to offer any kind of solution. I am a Ford guy so I'm going to continue to buy Ford but NEVER from Phil Long Ford. To make my experience worse with Phil Long. When I bought the truck. Phil Long of Denver REFUSED to honor their own TV ads and give me 1000 over book. I actually got 1000 less the book rate for my trade-in. Buy from any one in Colorado but Phil Long!! More

We went to Phil Long Ford Lincoln and John Crisp bent over backwards to help us. He ran a diagnostic and it showed the battery needed replacing. He called a technician and he replaced the battery. We were in and out in about an hour. As this was covered under warranty we didn't have to pay anything. Everyone was very nice and we couldn't have been treated any better had we bought the car from them. Thank goodness for their kindness to strangers. More

Customer No Service Should have read the reviews first. Hated it. Talked to Daniel over lunch and told him what kind of truck I was looking at.
