Great Dealer/Salesman Experience I had bought two cars from Phil Long. My dealer both times was Jason Cowan. I can honestly say this dealership is downright upfront. Jason took care o I had bought two cars from Phil Long. My dealer both times was Jason Cowan. I can honestly say this dealership is downright upfront. Jason took care of my wife and me both times. He spent hours, about 5, showing us what they had in stock when purchasing my wife's vehicle. Additionally, when I came in in June, he went out of his way to ensure I had the perfect car for the best value. If there was any doubt that this business lacked a traditional/family-oriented business motto, Jason counters that and had indeed left a positive impression on my family. The financial department was the icing on the cake. J.D. made sure to take care of all the paperwork in a timely fashion and laid out all the options for me. Truly a great car buying experience (and that's saying something). More

The sales person had absolutely no knowledge of what features were in the vehicles we were looking at and then after purchasing a vehicle with what we and the sales person thought was navigation (Ford even provided the navigation SD card to us) was indeed not a navigation system. After taking this issue back up with ford, they informed us there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. This amoung a few other issues pushed our family past boiling point. I will be spreading the word about this experience to others so they do not run into a similar situation. More

Great experience! I found the car I was looking for on the Phil Long Ford website and contacted Tom from there. I was coming from out of town to purchase the car so I wanted to be clear with the dealer what I was looking for so I wouldn't waste the five hour drive if they didn't have what I wanted and the price I wanted. Tom made it very easy and was extremely knowledgeable about all the features on the car and spent a lot of time tutoring me-- which I greatly appreciated. It was a long trip, but it was worth it to get a great car at a fair price and also get a fair price for my trade in. I will be back the next time I need a car, which hopefully won't be for a long time :) More

He is extremely easy to work with and makes you feel like you're family. The finance men are very nice also and go to the extreme limits to get you a good deal. We had an enjoyable time working with them to make the deal happen. Jeremiah knows his stuff and pushed to make the deal go through with a lender. He also was enjoyable to work with.
