Tough I give this dealership a 2/5. I spent quite a while working a deal for a used vehicle. I kept getting a guilt trip for not getting a certified Pre ow I give this dealership a 2/5. I spent quite a while working a deal for a used vehicle. I kept getting a guilt trip for not getting a certified Pre owned vehicle. I was dead set on what I wanted for a price I wanted. It took 2 salesmen and 10 hours to finally reach a deal. I got into my vehicle 2.5 hours past the closing time. It was NOT detailed very good. My mirrors were scratched when they removed the smaller mirrors. I didn't feel "wanted" once 830pm came around. I felt like they were rushing me out the door. The service manager Roger took care of me for my we owe stuff. Ed In recon, took the time for me to show me exactly what he fixed. I think there needs to be more improvement with the salesmen and their tactics. I had to go back in a week later and ask JR what was going on with my deal since USAA said they didn't receive any paperwork. He responded with a "whoops". I worked with Tony in parts and he wasn't very helpful. He was short and to the point. I had questions and yes he answered them but I felt like a bother to him. I dealt with Dee in titles and she was amazing. Mark Barton is also a hands down great guy. More

Once we got hooked up with Ron he made the buying experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. There was no pressure selling just an enjoyable time looking at the different F-150 models until Ron found us the one we liked. He and his manager worked with us on the price until we reached a price that satisfied us. I would highly recommend Ron and the rest of the staff at Phil Long Ford at Motor City. More

Patient, non-pressuring service! My wife and I bought a car there last week. After having some frustrating and down right rude service from a couple of other competitor dealerships, My wife and I bought a car there last week. After having some frustrating and down right rude service from a couple of other competitor dealerships, it was a relief to get some good service. Jesi Vogl was the sales person and she was honest and upfront. No pressure or other sales tactics. Dave Leiker, finance manager, is a miracle worker. We were able to get into a better vehicle than expected. There was no judgement on their part. They were patient and thorough. Car was detailed prior to our departure. Much better detail job than I have ever received anywhere else. No complaints! More

Less than I experience at any Ford Dealèrship. I brought my daughters vehicle in for an oil chagrin and was asked if I had an appointment. I responded no and asked if that was an issue and was asur I brought my daughters vehicle in for an oil chagrin and was asked if I had an appointment. I responded no and asked if that was an issue and was asure no, that they would get me right in. 2 hours later my vehicle is still not finished and if I hadn't asked at one hour and forty-five minutes no one would have spoken to me still. I've had my vehicles serviced by Ford all over the country in the past forty years. This is the worst I've ever been treated. More

John Crisp & Tracy Hall & Aaron Captain , service advisors & service manager, have treated me & my wife with respect & professionalism each and every time we are in the dealership. Every time I am given a loaner car that is the of same options and price range as the car is that I am turning in for service. They work with my schedule and are sympathetic to our needs and wants and listen and tentatively no matter how small or my new our questions. If they cannot give me an answer to any questions I'm asking they make calls and give me the appropriate answers promptly . The communication is stellar on what is happening, what is being worked on, and the timelines expected for the repairs to be made. More
