Laid Back Crew I would recommend going to Phil Long Ford of Motor City because they aren't like the other guys. While looking for a car I was able to sit in basicall I would recommend going to Phil Long Ford of Motor City because they aren't like the other guys. While looking for a car I was able to sit in basically whatever I wanted. I wasn't limited to just 3 cars out of 100's on a lot. I I felt like I was in control. It also didn't take hours to get to the financing part. Really cool crew. Check them out. More

Too Much Run Around After three days of trying to negotiate on a vehicle we gave up... After having Derrick (referred to as bad Derrick since there are two Derrick's) a s After three days of trying to negotiate on a vehicle we gave up... After having Derrick (referred to as bad Derrick since there are two Derrick's) a sales manager basically get up from the table throwing his hands up in the air because he didn't want negotiate with us it left us pretty frustrated. It seemed as though everything was a secret in regards to vehicle price. We weren't even allowed to sit down and negotiate, instead our sales rep had to run back and forth to Derrick a sales manager. The gentleman we were working with eventually disappeared and Derrick came out. We also attempted to utilize the Costco Auto Program, however we only received one phone call, and no further communication until we informed Costco we did not receive any further communication. We were also misquoted on taxes, and they were trying to charge higher than we actually were for a tax rate. When the numbers came in for the Costco Bid, we were then charged extra miscellaneous fees in which aren't normally charged when negotiating a vehicle on the lot. They added on a charge for nitrogen filled tires ( we did not request nitrogen filled tires), and for the pulsate safety system on the vehicle. However, neither of these "options" were discussed or disclosed previously while at the dealership on the first visit regarding the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Upon research on the Ford website, the internet, and calling a few Ford dealers there is no Pulsate Safety System Option to anyone's knowledge nor is it an option listed with the Ford Explorer models for 2015 or 2016. Unless this "option" is labeled differently it appears as though it doesn't even exist. When we purchased our Ford vehicle at another dealership due to Phil Long Ford's run around there was no mention of a Pulsate Safety Systems option or any mysterious charge for this "system". When printed reviews from July 10, 1025 were brought in regarding Phil Long Price matching a customer at a lowest nationwide price it was completely disregarded and ignored. We came to Phil Long based on reviews that were read and the nationwide price match review that was posted. As a result of Phil Long's inability to treat customers with respect we ultimately went to another dealership nearly 2 hours away. As a result we sacrificed the oil change offer with our new Ford, and are unable to utilize services offered by the new dealer due to distance unless we happen to be in the area at the time in which we need an oil change for our new Ford. We will not refer Phil Long to anyone, we have been referring to the dealership in which worked with us, and treated us with respect. At this time we still are not positive we will bring our vehicle to Phil Long for servicing, instead we may end up driving to the next closest dealership outside of Colorado Springs. As of right now we feel as though Phil Long has no regard for customers and that we will be treated the same way in the service department as we were treated in sales. The ONLY good interaction with Phil Long was Justin at Motor City. He was courteous, kind, respectful and wanted to work our deal out. He was sadly caught in the middle, and we felt bad that we were unable to complete a sale for this hardworking gentleman because of a sales manager. It was because of our first meeting with Justin almost 2 months ago that we came back to Phil Long to try and purchase our new Ford. Justin was the greatest and personable. More

I contacted her and she was in constant contact with me and worked hard to get me exactly what I was looking for. If anyone is looking for a good dealership and especially a good sales person I would look up Jessica! More
