incomplete service / unresponsive customer care I recently moved from Arizona to Denver, and thus looking for a good quality dealership in the metro area as I was very happy with my 5-star dealershi I recently moved from Arizona to Denver, and thus looking for a good quality dealership in the metro area as I was very happy with my 5-star dealership in Scottsdale; I selected Phil Long. As I had a very small repair to do, I asked QuickLane if they could do that too or at least provide me with a quote (I mentioned this when calling the for an appointment). When I got the ca back, nobody approached me to explain what was done, what they found or provided information about my small request. The only thing the admin girls did was take my credit card and pointed me to my car. The document I was handed, did contain some information on an oil change and air filter, but other than that mostly upselling topics like tires (which btw can go at least another year). But nothing on some other basic checks I would expect to be done during a like brake fluid. The biggest topic missing is my requested repair/quote, and even worse nothing about the 3 recalls that Ford-USA informed me about. I have reached out now 3 times to the maintenance department/dealership on why I wasn't informed from their side on the required recall work, quote and why that couldn't have been done in 1 day; after 3+ weeks still no answer. I now think I have to make a second appointment to get all of the other required maintenance done, but guess it will be somewhere else.....gave their customer care 1 more week to respond. I'm planning to buy a new car in Feb/Mar 2016, and customer care is one of the major consideration on where I will do that. So far, Phil Long has disappointment me in that department severely, doubt any discount will compensate that. The experience of my wife at Volvo was significantly better (granted more expensive), perhaps should go back to European cars again. More

Awesome Team of Folks I went to the event at the world arena this weekend, not even sure if I would trade my vehicle in. Robert Strange was a huge help with walking me through the lot of vehicles and discussing what my interests were. He definitely made me feel comfortable about the experience and I never felt pressured to buy, which is very reassuring. I did end up trading in my vehicle, and was happy with the whole transaction. They stated they they would get a technician to look at it as soon as he finished working on another vehicle. He took all my request and desires for what I wanted added. I would send people to Ken but would make sure that the Sales managers hosed me on the things I wanted. Regardless of condition of my trade the deal was set as both Ken and myself thought but when it came down to signing none of it was there and then there was no room to add it. They caved on the DVD players but not he Bed cover or the Bug guard. SO if you buy here make sure everything is in the deal prior to agreeing to anything. Don't think they added to it because they say "its a Deal" And say hi to Cruz he is awesome!! More
