Worst experience ever! My husband and I had our explorer get some work done by the service department here which choose to put in a part in my vehicle which has caused mult My husband and I had our explorer get some work done by the service department here which choose to put in a part in my vehicle which has caused multiple systems to short out and stop working to include: A/C, heater, Navigation, Bluetooth, Radio, Essentially everything. I have called in multiple times to try to get my car fixed, as well as having my husband call down there which is an employee in the group. After calling for about a month or so, we were finally told that someone ordered and installed a part that isn't OEM which is what caused the problem. They tried telling me it was my phone at first, but after hounding them we get told the truth. I am afraid to drive my car, how do I know something else wont short out causing an accident with my family in the car? It has gradually gotten worse over the past few months and its at the point where my vehicle didn't even start this morning. At the very least, this dealership should be buying me out of my current vehicle. I loved my explorer, but needless to say I will no longer purchase another FORD!!! More

Horrible Experience Had a horrible experience. Dealt with John Barbour as my Sales rep. He was nice but the truck was not as they say serviced properly before it should b Had a horrible experience. Dealt with John Barbour as my Sales rep. He was nice but the truck was not as they say serviced properly before it should be sold. We agreed on a prize of $374/month. It was not detailed or anything. And we were not able to sign the papers the day we got the truck but instead were told that they would contact us within a day or two to let us know when we could come sign the papers. We waited a day and a half and they did not so we called and they said the paperwork was still not ready. They called the next evening and we went in. As we start dealing with the financial rep our agreed upon price of $374 had all of a sudden been raised to $414 which we said we couldn't afford. They proceded to tell us that if we wanted to return the truck we would owe them money for miles put on the truck and days leased of the vehicle. Around $500. Even though it was their fault it took so long to get the paperwork complete and the only miles put on the truck were from and to the dealership. All being said finally agreed upon a price after some arguing. Now a year later due to their lack of fixing problems with the vehicle that they never disclosed my truck now needs worth $1301.55 of repairs. I need my brakes replaced ($360.77) after only a year of owning it, my rack and pinion is in need of replaced which is $681.74 bearing and seals need replaced ata cost of $258.74. These kinda of repairs after owning this vehicle after a year are ridiculous. If Phil Long would of serviced it properly before selling I would not be having these problem. My advice is save your money and go somewhere else instead of dealing with a company as dishonest as this one. More

I signed for a car and I had buyers remorse almost immediately because of the car payment and my budget and I called Craig and said hey I can't afford this and they battled it out for me to get me a better deal with the same car I had wanted previously and I would say it was a great experience and he is very nice and sweet and truly cares. Great place to go! More
