Eric did a great job. My sales person Eric was personable and I didn't feel any pressure as I have felt from other dealerships in the past. I had to make several trips before I made up my mind and each time he just said come on back when you make your decision. I like that! The only problem I have with the whole process is that in order to get the $500 military appreciation rebate I had to give out too much personal information online and create password to sign up on a website that I had no desire to join. My DD-214 or military ID should have been sufficient. Now that I am filling out this survey it appears I have to create another password. That part I don't like. More

Excellent service Truck started leaking antifreeze. Took it in without an appointment. Paul Ringo was able to work it into the schedule much quicker than expected. T Truck started leaking antifreeze. The result was a leaking water pump that he was able to cover with the extended power train warranty. Got in, got out much quicker than expected and Ford covered the repair. Thanks, Paul Ringo. More

Worse day of my life So I does called me because I was interested in the Ford Mustang.i told them I was interested in the Ford Mustang and that I wanted to trade in my car So I does called me because I was interested in the Ford Mustang.i told them I was interested in the Ford Mustang and that I wanted to trade in my car and that they would give me 10,000 for my trade.and the person who told me this was (ariel) which was the person who called I explained that the second gear was out,and that I had a long scratch along the passenger side of my car and that I had a crack in my windshield,even then ford agreed to pay me what I was asking.I spent three days back and forth with this place trying to get a answer on payment etc.well today I finally got my Answer and they offered me 3,000. I was so hurt about the offer I cried. I couldn't believe this.(Craig) the sales rep was not proficient at all.i keep my word with ford willing to do business with them, and at this time ford did not keep there's. Would not wish this on anyone More
