Syncing my iPhone I have to say that I hate going to the dealer for anything, but this time was truly a great experience and this was made possible by a mechanic named I have to say that I hate going to the dealer for anything, but this time was truly a great experience and this was made possible by a mechanic named Joshua Rodriguez. My sync just quit working for no reason and couldn't even be reset by the ford manufacture which I called 3 times and they actually said they would do it free at any ford dealer. It was going to cost $200.00 just to check it out. Joshua called the manufacturer on a Saturday and kept getting the run around. He finally said he would check it for me at know charge and about 30 minutes later it was fixed and didn't charge me anything. Even though he said he could lose his job over it he said the customer should be taken care of. This is what you call service. I hope to god he didn't lose his job over this because this is a good man and just gave Phil Long a great mark on their service center. If they had room for 10 stars I would have given them all just because the way Joshua took care of me. Thank you again Joshua for a job well done and knowing what customer service means especially after purchasing a very expensive truck. Great Second Experience I had some issues with the first truck, they worked on it but the truck was still not right.
