coolant flush I brought my 04 F350 into them because a rodent chewed through my wiring harness, while they were there they said I may need my coolant flush. I pick the truck up march 31st, at the end of April I needed to replace and injector while I was replacing injector I had to drain coolant to move reservoir, when I drained the coolant it was a dark green and had a ton of rust flakes in it. I took a picture and carried on with my replacement and when I was done I flushed the system. I Spoke with my service guy there showed him the e picture he talked to another guy and said that the flush was done, and that they would do it again, I told them there was no point cause I did it he just said oh well. I currently own 2 fords and always will but will not go back for service. More

Syncing my iPhone I have to say that I hate going to the dealer for anything, but this time was truly a great experience and this was made possible by a mechanic named I have to say that I hate going to the dealer for anything, but this time was truly a great experience and this was made possible by a mechanic named Joshua Rodriguez. My sync just quit working for no reason and couldn't even be reset by the ford manufacture which I called 3 times and they actually said they would do it free at any ford dealer. It was going to cost $200.00 just to check it out. Joshua called the manufacturer on a Saturday and kept getting the run around. He finally said he would check it for me at know charge and about 30 minutes later it was fixed and didn't charge me anything. Even though he said he could lose his job over it he said the customer should be taken care of. This is what you call service. I hope to god he didn't lose his job over this because this is a good man and just gave Phil Long a great mark on their service center. If they had room for 10 stars I would have given them all just because the way Joshua took care of me. Thank you again Joshua for a job well done and knowing what customer service means especially after purchasing a very expensive truck.
