Last week I was called about the matter by someone else and told they would get back to me yesterday. No reply and so now that they are shrewd enough not to give out e-mail addresses I am forced to have Cynthia H Coffman the Colorado Attorney General and Llisa Madigan the Illinois Attorney General because it is an internet and interstate sale.., take this matter in their hands. Something that maybe could have been handled in a timely manner will now see a swift and massive retaliation and no one will be left behind. More

poor customer service had a prior oil change appointment 8 am on Monday. Service tech states he will get back if oil leak is covered by warranty and get us a rental. I am still waiting on third day, I called back several times several messages finally someone live and they would call right back 5 hours later no call , called person answers we ask about a rental car 1400 person wait because of hail. Service tech calls states car in line 2000 person wait for rental car service manager will call. No one has called now on third day. Very frustrated More

2013 Ford Focus - Complete Lemon Part 2 In February, I received a one year follow up phone call from my salesperson, Vic. I let him know that i was very satisfied with the car. Not three wee In February, I received a one year follow up phone call from my salesperson, Vic. I let him know that i was very satisfied with the car. Not three weeks later is when my frustration began. This was the first of what will officially be three visits to the service center for "transmission" issues. In March 2016 (bought car February 2014 at 42,000 miles), Phil Long of Motor City's service center replaced the transmission control module (tcm). The TCM was recalled. The issues experienced: the vehicle stalled while driving and check engine light came on. At the beginning of July 2016, I noticed the car having similar symptoms of "shuddering", as the dealership refers to the issue, or stalling. I immediately contacted the service center to schedule an appointment. I was informed that the service center was a month out on transmission appointments. My appointment was scheduled for August 3rd. On July 26th, while driving to work, the engine shut off. No warning, just shut off. I had my car towed to the dealership where it sat until my appointment on August 3rd. This time the service center replaced the clutches. The "shuddering" issue was rectified. Today is August 7th and I will be having my car towed to the dealership again tomorrow. The car died while driving it down the road. Who knows how this will turn out, but I can tell you that I am one frustrated customer. I have learned that the transmissions on 2012-current model Ford Fiesta, Focus and Fusion are complete failures. Customer Service issues: 1. figure out the issue and ensure the vehicle is reliable before putting it back on the road, 2. PL of Motor City you need to hire more transmission technician's so that you can service the vehicle's you are selling with known issues - you currently (per service adviser, Josh) only have two technician's working on seven cars per day and you are ONE MONTH out on appointments, and 3. how about you simply tell Ford that you won't sell these three models (and any others with the known issue) until Ford finds a permanent fix - have some integrity! More
