I Wish I Could This Were Positive I had a 9:15 am oil change appointment today, and upon arrival, 10 minutes early, I ended up waiting until 9:20 to be seen for my check-in. After I w I had a 9:15 am oil change appointment today, and upon arrival, 10 minutes early, I ended up waiting until 9:20 to be seen for my check-in. After I was checked in, I was then told that my simple oil change would be over two hours. I understand that they can be busy, so I ask for a shuttle back to work; after over an hour, no shuttle. I mentioned my wait for the shuttle to the service folks... "Sorry 'bout that". Shuttle driver comes up and asks me if I need a ride a minute later. So, if I'm waiting for a two hour service, no shuttle for over an hour, does it make sense for that shuttle driver to take me to my office when I'm going to be called(telling me my oil change is done) when I get there? Tell me why I made an appointment? More

The management cut and run when he needed to stay. I had a problem with a switched vehicle from internet sales. Last week I was called about the matter by someone else and told they would get back to me yesterday. No reply and so now that they are shrewd enough not to give out e-mail addresses I am forced to have Cynthia H Coffman the Colorado Attorney General and Llisa Madigan the Illinois Attorney General because it is an internet and interstate sale.., take this matter in their hands. Something that maybe could have been handled in a timely manner will now see a swift and massive retaliation and no one will be left behind. More
