The easiest new truck purchase yet The last new vehicle purchase I made until this one was in 2003, so I don't recall a lot to compare it too, but I will say that this was a smooth and The last new vehicle purchase I made until this one was in 2003, so I don't recall a lot to compare it too, but I will say that this was a smooth and easy transaction. I had arranged to view a new truck with Chris Frencl (Internet sales), but unknown to us the truck had been cold the night before (oh well), Chris did an inventory search based on my required specifications and found two (both of which I liked better than the one that was sold). After some hemming and hawing between the two trucks (different colors and some other options) I settled on "THE ONE". The "negotiations" part went very easy as I had a "best" price offer (which was very good) add in a little negotiation on the value of the trade-in and then it came down to the financial paperwork. While it took about 5 hours total from the time we arrived to when we left, I am very happy withthe transaction More

Shady salesmanship Went to them because of an email sent to me by Internet sales representative offering a new F150 for 28,926. Called, let him know we would be there in Went to them because of an email sent to me by Internet sales representative offering a new F150 for 28,926. Called, let him know we would be there in an hour. We get there, this gentleman could "not find" the truck. So instead shows us an upgrade, tells us it's only 4k more than the one offered in email, so that would put it at 32k. So we go through the motions, take for a test drive. We love it and decide to look over numbers. Comes back with an offer for close to 36,000. Let him know he told us it was going to be only 4k over the one offered in email. Then brings back the "original" offer in paper w another truck different VIN for 30,000. Took out my email, showed him the one he sent me w a different VIN. All he could offer was that he couldn't find that truck on lot!! We were also planning on giving our 2012 Nissan Frontier as trade in excellent condition with 55k miles on it. Kelley Blue Book says we can get at least 20k for it, this guy offers us 17500 initially it owes 16320, basically giving us nothing for it and then says we have to give 20% down due to credit. Which by the way, says credit for car loan is different from regular credit....wth? I have never heard of that. He would not give us interest rate or any real final number, kept going back and forth from us to financial person. My husband finally has it and says no deal give my keys back. Then he comes back and says ok we will give 19k for ur truck...again wth??? So they could've offered the 19k from the beginning but decide to give us the lowest first to see if they can screw us over. Btw, the offered email truck was never found and he did not honor the 4k over the 28k price for the upgraded truck.This whole thing is called "bait and switch" and I will not put up with dishonesty and shadiness.
