Worst Dealership in the Springs I bought a car from Phil Long of Motor City in June. Not only did they agree on a price and then up the price when the put in the paperwork but, my ca I bought a car from Phil Long of Motor City in June. Not only did they agree on a price and then up the price when the put in the paperwork but, my car - less than 4 months later - is dead. I have been calling everyday for the past week and have gotten the complete run around. I spoke with Chris in the Internet Department, he was really helpful at first, but hasn't returned my calls since 6 days ago. I was supposed to be referred to Tracy, but she never called me either. I finally spoke with a manager 5 days after I started calling and he seemed like he was going to be helpful, but, alas, another dead end. This is the worst business with the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Go somewhere else to buy your car! Phil Long Ford at Motor City is useless. More

I highly recommend Phil Long if your looking for a new/used car, they have a ton of dealerships in motor city and are extremely helpful in finding what you need. More
