Great Customer Service I had been researching my potential new car for awhile, so when I arrived at the Dealership I knew what I wanted to see and drive. Laura Coolidge-Dip I had been researching my potential new car for awhile, so when I arrived at the Dealership I knew what I wanted to see and drive. Laura Coolidge-Diperri showed me exactly what I wanted to see, even though the engine I was looking for was very hard to find. She was very helpful in recommending other options to consider with her focus completely on my satisfaction as a customer. When I couldn't find the exact vehicle I was looking for, she assisted me with the ordering process. I know I will be very happy with my new vehicle when it arrives in a couple months! Do not buy a vehicle from here They sold me a 99 Ford Taurus that had 2 bad ball joints and a bad sway bar link. They said I had to buy this car as part of a deal so my trade in could be paid in full which they screwed me on that deal also. More

However.... This was not the case! Eric was not a salesman looking for money, he was a person trying to help another human being out. From the first few seconds of meeting him I knew something was different. He was not pushy he did not want to sell me something I was not ready for and the best part, I was able to be honest with him and he was in return honest with me. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Eric and like I said in my google review you guys need to keep him around because he restored my hope in car salesmen. I am going to recommend anyone I know that is looking for a ford to go talk with Eric because he made my car buying experience feel like I was actually a person other than just something walking around with a wallet and money in their pocket like other dealerships. I explained to her that we live 2 hours away so she booked a time for me to bring our vehicle in. Now that is service. Service Center Beware I've had multiple problems with this dealerships service center. First incident was with 2016 Ford Focus ST (BRAND NEW). I took it in to have then rea I've had multiple problems with this dealerships service center. First incident was with 2016 Ford Focus ST (BRAND NEW). I took it in to have then realign the doors. When I received the vehicle it has dirt and little pieces of rock in my passenger leather Recaro seats and on the driver side door sill it looked like someone took a knife and made about 15 little cuts into the paint (past the clear coat). They would not come out of pocket for their infractions made but simply wanted to repaint the whole panel. I've seen the work and their shop is rated poorly. I wanted them to pay for the damages so I can get it fixed by a reputable paint shop. End result was they tried to buff it because I couldn't reason with them in any other way and they did a horrible job buffing the damages out. Second incident. I brought my 99 Ford Taurus in to them to get the heater core replaced. Upon receiving my vehicle back, there are grease spots in my passenger cloth seats and water stations on the other seats. I do not recommend you go to Phil Long Ford of Motorcity for anything and especially not their service center unless you're fine with them mistreating your vehicle. More

Douglas works on my truck and does an outstanding job! Douglas provides the best service I have ever received. He does excellent work, my truck fixed right the first time.
