Very accommodating, went above and beyond. I did not have an appointment just stopped by and ask about the scrape on the tire wheel, Iwas helped immediately and Doug the mechanic looked at it. First oil change on my new F150 This was the first oil change on my F150. At first there was a little confusion as I had called and made an appointment but for some reason my name wa This was the first oil change on my F150. At first there was a little confusion as I had called and made an appointment but for some reason my name was not on the list. Even though they couldn't find my appointment they got me in right away and it only took about 50 minutes to get an oil change and tire rotation. Joshua treated me great. He checked on me a couple of times while I was waiting. There is construction going on at and around the service drive that made it a little confusing to get to the right spot but it wasn't bad. When the construction is done it will be nice. Thanks Joshua for a good experience. More

Waste of time I made an appointment to fix a noise and get estimate all they did was drive it a lot it was in shop for 4 days when I called to check on progress and I made an appointment to fix a noise and get estimate all they did was drive it a lot it was in shop for 4 days when I called to check on progress and asked what has been done and why so long the response was nothing was done they are busy to do anything maybe a few more days keep in mind no loaner truck was offered. At this point I am disappointed and I picked my truck up right then just to see my transmission cover in my back seat gas not replied and dirty and no paperwork was given. I left a message for management to reply it's been a week now no reply "FOOL ME ONCE" More

TRACY HALL, SERVICE ADVISOR SUPERSTAR! I HAVE HAD ALL MY LINCOLN MKZ'S SERVICED AT PHIL LONG LINCOLN AT MOTOR CITY DRIVE IN COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO. THESE ARE TRULY WONDERFUL AUTOMOBILES I HAVE HAD ALL MY LINCOLN MKZ'S SERVICED AT PHIL LONG LINCOLN AT MOTOR CITY DRIVE IN COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO. THESE ARE TRULY WONDERFUL AUTOMOBILES. TRACY HALL HAS BEEN MY SERVICE ADVISOR FOR SOME TIME, AND SHE HAS KEPT MY MKZ'S IN TOP FORM. ON JANUARY 10, 2017, I NEEDED MS. HALL'S EXPERTISE ABOUT PHIL LONG'S CAPACITY FOR OTHER THAN SERVICE AND SALE OF PREMIER VEHICLES. WHILE SHOPPING AT COSTCO, A LADY TRIED TO PARK HER CAR IN THE SPACE ALREADY OCCUPIED BY MY MKZ. REALIZING THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT ROOM FOR BOTH CARS, SHE PULLED OUT OF THE PARKING SPACE, SCRATCHING AND DENTING MY MKZ. BY HAPPENSTANCE, A COLORADO SPRINGS POLICE OFFICER WITNESSED ALL THIS [I WAS INSIDE COSTCO SHOPPING], AND ASKED THE LADY DRIVER TO LEAVE HER INSURANCE DATA ON MY MKZ WINDSHIELD. INSTEAD, SHE TOOK OFF. THE POLICE OFFICER USED HIS SMARTPHONE TO PHOTOGRAPH HER LICENSE PLATE. I HAD NEVER BEEN IN AN ANY ACCIDENT IN MY 52 YEARS OF DRIVING. I HAVE PREMIER CAR INSURANCE WITH CHUBB, HOWEVER. I TELEPHONED TRACY HALL AT PHIL LONG AND ASKED HER IF PHIL LONG LINCOLN COULD REPAIR MY MKZ AND RESTORE IT TO ITS ORIGINAL LUSTER. MS. HALL SAID SHE COULD TAKE CARE OF THAT. I THEN SUGGESTED I TELEPHONE CHUBB TO HANDLE THE DETAILS AND EXPENSE. MS. HALL THEN GAVE ME A LENGTHY LIST OF RECOMMENDATIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED. I WROTE DOWN ALL OF MS. HALL'S RECOMMENDATIONS, AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT WITH PHIL LONG'S COLLISION CENTER ON SINTON ROAD IN COLORADO SPRINGS. UNTIL MS. HALL HELPED ME, I WAS ENTIRELY AT SEA. WITH HER HELP, I NAVIGATED THE REPORTING AND REPAIR PROCESS WITH NO TROUBLE WHATSOEVER. I SUPPOSE WHEN ONE IS 68 YEARS OLD, ONE SHOULD HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE WITH SUCH MATTERS, BUT IF YOU HAVE A SPOTLESS DRIVING RECORD, YOU NEVER LEARN THESE DETAILS. I AM DEEPLY GRATEFUL FOR TRACY HALL'S HELP, WHICH SHE GAVE FREELY WHEN I MOST NEEDED IT. I SALUTE PHIL LONG FOR HAVING SUCH A PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, AND COMPASSIONATE EMPLOYEE. AND I NOTE THAT IN DECEMBER, IT'S TIME FOR MY NEXT LINCOLN MKZ MODEL! BECAUSE OF TRACY HALL, I WILL BE HEADING TO PHIL LONG, AND NOWHERE ELSE, FOR MY NEXT GREAT MKZ! More
