Disappointed in service Paid over $55,000 for a new truck in 2015, was told I would receive my first 3 oil changes for free, also would get one free set of wiper blades with Paid over $55,000 for a new truck in 2015, was told I would receive my first 3 oil changes for free, also would get one free set of wiper blades within one of my first services. Came to get my last oil change and wiper blades, was told they don't know anything about free blades, and the oil change expired, even though I only had 2. Was told by service advisor he would check with sales to see if they would honor it still, came back and said sorry, they just started a meeting and it would be an hour and a half before he could find out if they would honor it. I asked to speak to a service manager, who reluctantly gave me my free oil change, but no wipers. Picked up my truck, and found oil all over the door panel, floor mat, rear bumper, and passenger side running board. Went back inside waited to have them clean the oil off my truck. More
Best experience every time I have purchased twice from Joey. I love her approach of no pressure, looks for what YOU need not what they want to sell! Looks out for her customer. Terrible servservice uce Terrible experience in my last car purchase. To the extent that the dealer I was working with was let go at the end if the year and I was told that no Terrible experience in my last car purchase. To the extent that the dealer I was working with was let go at the end if the year and I was told that no one could help me as my sales rep no longer worked there. I find it disturbing that when looking at their reviews they only thank those who leave excellent reviews rather than trying to satisfy those leaving dissatisfied experiences. I guess working at customer service and customer experience is too much. I will never do business that does not care about their customers and making sure they do what they can to improve a bad experience. More

Almost a month later there is no record of me having a car deal with Phil Long, I have no idea who to send my truck payment to cause they have no Idea of who I am or what I bought. oh and now my old trade in has not been paid off cause they sent the check to the wrong address and now I have 2 cars under my name and no one will get back to me about what is going on and my credit is going to get xxxxED! So now I wish I could give negative stars cause all I have gotten is xxxx service! More

Always check the dipstick Panic hit when my car began to smoke. My check engine light came on and I knew I was past due for an oil change that was my first mistake. The second was adding oil without knowing how much to add. Yep car was a big puff of smoke instantly. Thank God for my service manager Mike, from the time I called to let him know the vehicle was being towed into the shop he was on top of everything and didn't make me feel like a complete idiot. Had the best customer service, but if you interact with Mike you'll know that's every time. I promise never to do anything by myself again. More

On both occasions, I did not have a scheduled appointment due to the nature of the problem. The service team, in both instances, worked to get me into their busy schedule and took care of the problem! They truly went above and beyond to help with my issues. Not only were they very accommodating, but the repair cost was extremely reasonable for what was involved. Highly recommend this dealership's service department. More
