First, I want to thank Brad Taylor for for his "can do" attitude regarding warranty paint repair on my 2016 Ford F350 diesel crew. Brad was a true professional keeping in contact with me, providing a loaner car and dealing with FORD to get approval of the repair. Brad is a true professional and appears to enjoy his work. Second, I would like to thank Steve at Phil Long body and paint shop. Just prior to dropping my truck off for repair, a friend damaged the right rear corner of the truck bed ($1,200.00). Steve was able to do the additional repair while he had my truck. Both were repaired to my satisfaction. Steve was also a true professional taking the time to ensure all my requests were addressed. Had my 17 f150 a month and now it’s pushed out to December I took my truck in on October 19. It is November 16th. Today they said parts SHOULD be sourced 11/26/18. The last failed date was 11/14/18. They just I took my truck in on October 19. It is November 16th. Today they said parts SHOULD be sourced 11/26/18. The last failed date was 11/14/18. They just pass the buck from dealer to suppliers to ford back to dealers. Today the service manager told me he didn’t even know my truck was there. A complete joke. Don’t make the same mistake. More
AIR BAG RECALL SERVICE I called based on a letter notification that my 2007 Ford Fusion had a defective air bag. I called Phil Long, Motorway and Chris H was great. He too I called based on a letter notification that my 2007 Ford Fusion had a defective air bag. I called Phil Long, Motorway and Chris H was great. He took the information so they could order the replacement air bag. And then immediately I got an e-mail acknowledging the contact, what it was about and the Chris H would be me point of contact on the service end. A little over a week later, he called, we scheduled the replace/install and I was out the door without a concern. It was smooth ordering, scheduling, and replacement. They didn’t even try to sell me another car. Excellent job from initial contact to completed repair and back on the road. Good job, Chris More
Horrible Experience I went in to trade my car in. I get it, it had negative equity. I waited to see if I could get approved for several days. I did not get approved. So I I went in to trade my car in. I get it, it had negative equity. I waited to see if I could get approved for several days. I did not get approved. So I went to bob Penkhus Mitsubishi dealership where they had a lot better selection and when I went to get approved they said my credit went down. Phil long ran my credit through 10 different banks plus their dealership. Which is ridiculous. Bob Penkhus gave me the max trade in value and also told me how to get rid of my negative equity (over $4,000) and I ended up getting the car I wanted. At the end of the day bob Penkhus all the way. They have great staff and are very helpful. They will not screw you over either. More
