The salesman Marcus Pittman is an excellent liar. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up on a Wednesday after some paint work. I was told Vehicle was ready. When I showed up he literally walked the entire lot multiple times hitting the panic button on the key. After recruiting some help to locate it they determined Vehicle was stolen...After searching for an hour and a half. Told them to cancel the deal and give me my down payment back. Then all of a sudden there was Marcus laying down another lie saying it went back to the paint shop. I do not have the Vehicle or the down payment and now nobody there will return my call. I would suggest using at the very least a different salesman but would strongly suggest staying as far away from Phil Long as possible. More
