Chai and Steve came up with right numbers to make the deal that I needed to get my New F150 SuperCab. It was a fast and easy deal. Patrick was good to work with in finace, he was fast in geting the banki deal that I needed to get my New F150 SuperCab. It was a fast and easy deal. I am hoping that this F150 gives me the long life that the older Dodge trucks gave me, I am not happy with the poor quality that we have on the 2009 Dodge we also have. Chuck took his time and showed me all the options that were available to me. We looked at a few different cars and after each one, we talked about what I did and did not like about each one. He said "Thank you for calling Phil Long, my name is Chuck and I can definitely help you". That kind of confidence put me at ease. Not only did Chuck give me the price of the car that I was considering, along with 4 others, but he also gave me some other vehicles to consider. Once I showed up for my appointment, I felt comfortable. The manager Todd greeted me at the door and walked me to Chuck's desk. From there on, I only had to decide which car I wanted. Chuck showed me 3 or 4 different ways to finance a car even with $0 downpayment and long term financing. I felt absolutely no pressure. That was a relief. I have always felt that the car salesman was simply out to make a commision and had no regard for me. He proved my wrong. I asked him for about 5 of his cards to give to my friends and family.
