This was our third purchase at Phil Long Ford and our first used car purchase. Walter Petty spent a good deal of time with us over two days to select the right vehicle to meet our needs. On our initial visit he asked appropriate questions to narrow down our range of choices and we viewed 5 vehicles on the lot that fell into the price range and type of car we were looking for. When we returned the following day we test drove three different vehicles that we were most interested in which obviously took a fair amount of Walter's time to complete but it made the final selection easy. We completed the paperwork more quickly than in previous purchases and we very much appreciated Walter's quiet, low-key, hassle-free approach. We also received a rather surprisingly generous trade-in allowance on our old, 13 year-old (!) car as part of the transaction. There was never any pressure, no attempt to hurry our decision-making, or any effort to guide our selection one way or the other. We've dealt with other sales people at various dealers who make those "today only, take it or leave it" offers or engage similar gimmickry in order to push a sale and we experienced none of that. If you're looking for a good used car I would recommend one of the vehicles available as part of their 'Signature/Certified Pre-Owned' part of their inventory as they come with a Carfax.com report and warranty coverage up to 100K. My wife and I were in Colorado for just a few days.
