We were treated very well in all aspects of the search for our vehicle and optional equipment, the no haggling price negotiations and the loan application process. In fact, they have a finance company which gave us a "noteworthy" rate that beat our bank quoted rate. The sales person--Lynn Soler--treated us like family and tirelessly led us around the lot looking for the perfect vehicle for our needs. She also knew when to let us (as a couple) discuss the different vehicles and prices so we could make an informed decision without undue influence from her, which we both appreciated; basically she let the vehicle sell itself which was easy to do after several test drives. Lynn was very busy the day we came by but she took the time to treat us professionally and didn't cut any corners with us just because she had other buyers competing for her time--which we again appreciated very much. She went the extra mile for us, so to speak. And so did the dealership, as their friendly staff made us feel right at home there instead of some dealerships that can be impersonal and treat you like a number, not a customer. We both recommend Lynn very highly, which is rare praise from each of us as there usually is some part of a car purchase we can find fault with--usually overly aggressive sales people-- but not this time. I had been looking at Ford trucks for several months, and hated dealing with I was referred to Rob Liley at Phil Long Ford of Denver by a co-worker. I had been looking at Ford trucks for several months, and hated dealing with dealerships and sales people. When my co-worker told me how awesome they had been treated by Rob I decided to give him a call. It was the best call I have ever made, Rob was extremely professional over the phone and had a low pressure attitude. I met with Rob at the Phil Long Ford dealership on a week night, with limited time we discussed several options. Rob was not trying to sell me anything; he was just giving me options. I was unable to make a decision that evening, and Rob was very easy going about that. He gave me several quotes with several payment options. Rob was able to secure the truck I requested until I arrived later that day. The buying process was painless with Rob and his finance team. Rob Liley is a true professional, every questions I had he was able to answer (trust me I had plenty) them, I never felt like I was ever putting him out.
