I had been looking at Ford trucks for several months, and hated dealing with dealerships and sales people. When my co-worker told me how awesome they had been treated by Rob I decided to give him a call. It was the best call I have ever made, Rob was extremely professional over the phone and had a low pressure attitude. I met with Rob at the Phil Long Ford dealership on a week night, with limited time we discussed several options. Rob was not trying to sell me anything; he was just giving me options. I was unable to make a decision that evening, and Rob was very easy going about that. He gave me several quotes with several payment options. Rob was able to secure the truck I requested until I arrived later that day. The buying process was painless with Rob and his finance team. Rob Liley is a true professional, every questions I had he was able to answer (trust me I had plenty) them, I never felt like I was ever putting him out.
