Don't waste your time with this sales team I have purchased multiple Fords over the past 14 years. Each time I've gone to this location since it's closest to my house and each time I get a bett I have purchased multiple Fords over the past 14 years. Each time I've gone to this location since it's closest to my house and each time I get a better deal elsewhere. Even when they are faced with losing my business they would rather lose the deal than have the business. Example #1, 2001 looking to buy a new Ford Escape. I knew what I wanted, told them it would have to be ordered, and told them what I was willing to pay. They wouldn't get within $1,000 of my price. I went to a different location and the other location matched what I wanted, including price. Example #2, 2007 looking to buy a used 2004 Ford Mustang GT convertible. I knew what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. They wouldn't get within $1,000 of my price again. I found what I wanted at Mike Naughton Ford and as I was driving the car home Phil Long finally called to say they'd make the deal only to find out I went elsewhere. Example #3, 2010 looking for a Ford Focus. I found the car I wanted, made an offer and they refused. So I contacted an auto broker and he got the car off their lot for the price I wanted. I also felt ripped off when trying to sell the Mustang convertible through them on consignment. Simply put their sales department is horrible to work with. Duane Callaway in their service department however is phenomenal to work with. He will always make sure you are taken care of. Just one example was when the fuel pump went out on the Mustang and they replaced it then 2 months later the replacement went out after less than 500 miles (obviously a lemon), the second one was on the house. I highly recommend their service department, but stay clear of the thieves in sales. More

Great experience from start to finish I first was in contact with this dealer through the Costco Auto Program. The car I wanted ('14 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid) was not on their lot but I first was in contact with this dealer through the Costco Auto Program. The car I wanted ('14 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid) was not on their lot but I had found one that met my needs that was in Pueblo. So I started negotiations with Andy after he told me he could have that car picked up and brought to their dealership for me. We met on a more than fair price on the new car and a decent price on the trade and accomplished the whole deal through talking and emailing. I picked up the car a couple days later and had a good experience with Patrick in finance (even though the wait was a lot longer than I had time for that day). I also dealt with the service department to get some splash guards installed and they were also great to deal with as well! I've bought quite a few cars in my lifetime and this experience goes down as one of the smoothest and best ever. Thanks Phil Long Ford! More

Everyone with whom I dealt was friendly and professional. In particular, I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Walter Petty, my salesman. I actually purchased a vehicle from him three years ago. I had a positive experience with Mr. Petty then, so I requested him for a second purchase. Mr. Petty makes an effort to understand the customer. Since I am not a first-time car buyer, I have little patience for brow-beating, high pressure salesmen, haggling or beating around the bush concerning my expectations. Mr. Petty understood this as we moved through the process of testing and ultimately purchasing my vehicle. He was very instructive and patient as to the new technology within the vehicle. I would have no reservations about recommending Walter Petty to anyone, be it a first-time buyer, or an experienced buyer for a vehicle purchase from Phil Long Ford. More

We looked at Ford Explorers 13'-14'. He was very helpful, let us test drive an Ecoboost vehicle and explained everything about the SUV very well. Chai was very honest and literally was trying to help me spend as little money as possible. After some thinking on my own, I wanted to test drive an F-150 just to settle the battle inside myself. I was able to do so with Darren Lucero. He was also very helpful in explaining features about the truck and he was honest and upfront with me in helping decide about finances. When I was finally ready to make a purchase, I went back in on a super busy day for the store (Mustang Weekend or something like that). All the salesmen were busy, yet they were still able to help me in my wheelings and dealings on this busy day to purchase the truck. As soon as Chai was available he came back to help me and was extremely honest, friendly and helped with the final price of the truck. All in all, I was very satisfied with my experiences at Phil Long Ford. I will definitely shop here in the future as long as I am able to be treated as I was at this store. No hassles, games, or pushyness like I found at other dealerships. Thank you for a great first car buying experience. More
