Now I have to take my focus in for the 3rd time because the latch on my drivers side door still isn't working right. I have a warranty on my car and have paid $190.00 so far. My doors will not lock from the button on the door. You think they would have checked that out before the called me for the 2nd time I had it in. More

I called and talked with Darre I was looking for a 2500 GMC Yukon or 2500 Chevy Suburban. Found a used 2011 Suburban 2500 on-line at Phil Long Ford. I called and talked with Darren Fisher. When I met with him, it was pouring down rain. He pulled the vehicle under a cover so I could inspect it. Darren explained the features (e.g. backup camera). The vehicle was in great condition. I drove the vehicle in traffic and on the highway. I was given more than I expected for my trade-in. Everything went smoothly and I am happy with the deal that we made. I would recommend Darren Fisher for the purchase of your next vehicle. He is a nice person and not pushy. More

By that time I had requested a vehicle which could transport our merchandise and also haul easily a 7000lbs vending trailer up to the mountains. As it has turned out that the E-250 was not the right vehicle, the sales staff at Phil Long very uncomplicated offered a return of the van. Our new sales person was CHAI RODRAKKWAN , who did a very good job. He was very competent, intelligible and friendly. Thank you very much More

I had shopped many dealers before deciding to buy from Phil Long, keep reading to see why I am happy I bought from Phil Long. When I bought the F350 Powerstroke in Aug. I had to take a long trip the next day. After returning from the trip I hooked up my gooseneck flatbed trailer to haul a heavy load and notice sever shaking/vibrating while accelerating. I immediately called Lynn and told her about the problem along with a few other minor issues. She got me in contact with sales manager Cynthia Reed and Cynthia asked me to bring it in. When I got there and went over everything with Cynthia she offered to take the truck back and find me a different one. I explained that I already had put 3000 mile on the truck so she thought then they would try to address all my concerns. Cynthia took me over to the service department to go over the issues with a service advisor. I asked if they would give me a loaner and the service advisor said Ford would not pay for a loaner over the weekend since I was dropping off late on Friday so I would need to bring it back the following week. I explained that it was at least a two hour round trip for me to get to their dealership. Cynthia told me she would check on something for me. When she came back she said I got you a truck, she asked if a F150 work or if I needed a super duty. I said I prefer a super duty and she said then that's what I'll get you! After a short while I was told my loaner truck was ready when I went out to get it I was expecting something from their used inventory. The truck that I found waiting for me was a brand new Super Duty Powerstroke truck! I couldn't believe they would give me a brand new truck to drive. The loaner truck came with the same gooseneck prep package as my truck so I hooked up my trailer with the same load as when mine was shaking/vibrating. When I pulled the load with this truck it was smooth accelerating as it should be. The service department called and said my truck was done and I asked the service advisor if they found the problem and he told me it was normal. I asked him if it was normal than why didn't the loaner truck have the same problem or anyone else I know with the same truck that pulls heavy loads? I called Cynthia back and told her it was unacceptable that they were not going to do anything about the problem. She said she would look into it and get back to me. When she called back she said they were taking the truck back and would find me another one. She looked and could not find one that met my likes so I went online to check other dealers inventory and ended up finding one in Pueblo. I told Cynthia about it and she said she would check with that dealer to see if they could get it from them. She called me back and said they had made the deal and would have the truck by the next day. I again had the deal completed before arriving at Phil Long and all I had to pay extra for was the difference in price since I upgraded to a Lariat from an XLT. I went down and signed the paper work with Lynn and removed my stuff from my truck and the loaner and drove away. Yes, I had some problems with the first truck, no fault of Phil Long. I feel they went above and beyond to make it right. I not sure I would have been treated so well anywhere else. Even with the problem it was still the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had! More

After I got home I had some realizations that I hadn't gotten the best deal I could have for myself. I returned with my Transit 3 days later, and was treated with total respect and efforts to improve the situation. I was very well taken care of and my desires were listened to and met.
